Hôtels près de Kalmar Golf Club à Kalmar

Un petit hôtel. Les chambres sont de base mais propres et parfaites pour nous, car nous n'avons pas voulu passer la journée à l'hôtel. La situation était fantastique, il est à 10 minutes à pied (max) du château. Tout le reste est dans 5 minutes. Les chambres - basique, nous avons eu une chambre double qui était deux lits uniques, poussés ensemble. Les lits étaient vraiment confortables. Petit conseil demande une chambre près du dos de l'hôtel, les livraisons matinales et la collection bin peut être un peu lourd. La salle de bains était très petite, mais avait tout ce qu'on avait besoin. La douche était brillante et chaude et très puissant. Des serviettes fraîches étaient fournies quotidiennement. Le personnel de nettoyage était grand, ils étaient toujours heureux d'aider. La chambre avait aussi un sèche-cheveux et un bureau. La sauna située près de la chambre 115 est brillante, elle est ouverte de 3 à 10 heures. Il y a aussi une petite terrasse solaire de la sauna et du jacuzzi qui est magnifique pour le relax et les gens regardent. Ils ont aussi une certaine marge pour la vegan, l'intolérance au lactose, l'intolérance au blé, etc. Il y a quelque chose pour tous. Le personnel était étonnant, ils étaient tous si aimables et heureux d'aider. Jeanette en particulier est fantastique, rien n'était trop de problèmes. Jeanette nous a aidé à réserver des taxis, des chambres et tout ce qu'on a besoin. Elle est une superstar! Merci Jeanette! Dans l'ensemble, un hôtel de base mais brillant qui offre une excellente base pour explorer Kalmar!

Superbe chambre avec bon service

Tout était super, belle chambre, personnel ami, piscine amiable, grande location, grand petit déjeuner, café gratuit et thé dans le lobby, en général je l'aimais et le meilleur prix pour une grande valeur et je recommande très fortement cet hôtel!

We were recommended this hotel by a friend who lives in Kalmar and so we had high hopes for a nice stay. We had tried to book a room in the main hotel but unfortunately, it was booked out, so we opted for their budget accommodation in a building across the road. The photos looked nice. the main building was quite beautiful and we were greeted at reception with smiles and enthusiasm. Ebba, one of the staff gave us a brief and interesting history of the building and its original owners, so we felt like we were off to a good start. Our room was neat at first glance but noticed that it was sp****ly decorated and had no bedside tables, which we thought was a little odd. The bed seemed nice and comfortable which made us happy. After returning from dinner that evening we found a number of issues in the bathroom that seemed un-exceptable. The shower was extremely basic. The shower curtain was old, there was soap build up on the shower window and door, the shower soap was empty, the basin was loose and the glass shelf above it was also loose and rested on on angle. You had to put the glasses to the back of the shelf to prevent them from sliding off. We also found nuts of some kind on the floor under one of the chairs. What came next was greatly disappointing. Upon pulling back the doona on the bed we saw 3 silverfish skuttle across the sheet. Although we had a laugh, it was certainly not what we expected. Aside from that, we slept ok and the next morning we very much enjoyed the breakfast they had on offer. It was all very fresh and all very tasty. I went to reception as a coutesy to let them know the issues we had experienced and although the young girl wrote down what I told her explaining she would let management know, we were not offered an apology. That surprised me considering we are both seasoned travellers and have come to expect better. So when we arrived home I wrote a polite email to the manager detailing our stay and that although we recognise that sometimes cleaners etc can overlook things and just wanted to let them know of our disappointment. We received no reply. So I wrote to their facebook page and inquired if we would get a reply regarding our email. The post was read but again we received no reply. Sorry , but for an establishment that seems to have most of the boxes ticked in a stunning setting and friendly helpful staff, you do not win any points for your inability to show respect to a customer who thought bringing these issues to your attention would help. Someone needs to pull their socks up.

Je ne sais même pas, je devrais me souvenir des lacunes. Probablement, l'absence d'un réfrigérateur/minibar dans la chambre. Et le nombre de mètres 15-18, mais ce n'est pas une surprise. Au reste - avantages complets. Location juste sur la mer, avec une terrasse tout le long de la façade (sur le style vous pouvez atteindre le centre commercial à côté, et plus loin à l'université). Voir le port de yacht et un peu plus loin - au shopping. La station est à 5 minutes à pied. Le célèbre château - 15. Un grand sommeil. L'isolement sonore est normal, les pièges sont différents sur l'amateur. La chambre est chaude malgré le temps (j'étais hiver). L'eau de la tape est boissonnée, et il est délicieux. Le service est rapide et inadverti. Les chambres ne sont pas propres et les serviettes ne changent pas sans demande et font la bonne chose. Les petits-déjeuners sont bons, 2-3 jour peut être manger sans répéter. Il y a peut-être pas assez de semences ou de ce genre. Il y a même un arbus et des ananas. Il y a aussi un dîner précoce dans ce restaurant (17 à 20 h 30), également une table suédoise. Du restaurant, bien sûr, aussi une sortie à la terrasse à l'eau. Mais le plus important est le style! Pour cela plus un point. C'est un ancien entrepôt ou quelque chose. Les anciens designs sont partiellement préservés. Les plafonds sont cependant bas, mais il ne tense pas et même renforce le confort. Et une promenade en bois avec une sortie aux yachts et au centre-ville! ... En bref, j'ai été ravi.
