The hotel “Arsenyev” is located in a picturesque place of the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky with views of the Avacha Bay. A five minute walk away, the area is the largest supermarket, many other shops as well as numerous service areas of entertainment and recreation. Also near the hotel is bus station, the main transport hub of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky which binds a many settlements of Kamchatka and the main airport of the Peninsula. Отель расположен на въезде в город ( очень удобно, если планируешь путешествовать). Рядом большой торговый центр, прокат автомобилей , заправка.
Отель состоит из нескольких корпусов ( завтраки тоже в отдельном здании. Территория отсутствует( первое впечатление , что приехал на склады), только подъездные пути ( чисто , в июне высаживали цветы )
В корпусе чисто, мебель вся новая , постельные приборы и полотенца тоже новые, холодильник и сейф. Номера небольшие, но удобные. Нет чайника и чайных принадлежностей, но на первом этаже находится большая зона , где находятся столы , микроволновая печь, большой холодильник, потер , чай/ кофе , посуда.
У нас был красивый вид из окна на море и вулкан( вдалеке), перед окнами гаражи ( но тихо), нет кондиционеров, но в регионе ими не пользуются.
Завтраки хорошие , много закусок , творог, фрукты/ овощи , орехи и красная икра была каждый день.
Отель рекомендую, планирую вернуться

Очень крутой отель, с отличным расположением прямо на перекрестке всех событий! Все экскурсии отъезжают от него, рядом большой торговый центр со всем необходимым!
Персонал выше всех похвал! Завтраки просто бомба, есть все начиная от каши и заканчивая рыбой!
очень рекомендую!

Прекрасный отель!!! Чисто, спокойно,мягкие кровати, вкуснейшие завтраки, прекрасный вид на бухту!!! Хочется вернуться!!💜 Ездили с дочкой и подружкой, переживали, что будет страшно, но в этом отеле ощутили домашнюю непередаваемую атмосферу!!

Замечательно и что отель находится на въезде в город (удобно ездить по экскурсиям вне Петропавловска-Камчатского), и то, что чистенько, аккуратно, кормят на завтраке неркой и икрой, круглосуточно открыт буфет, где можно сидеть компашкой. В номерах чисто и комфортно, тепло, уютно. Гладилка, фен есть, стирка доступна. В двух шагах ТРЦ "Шамса", в котором супермаркет, парикмахерская, кинотеатр, бар и кафе "Бульвар" (отлично кормят), сувенирные магазинчики и другие. Спасибо персоналу отеля за комфорт!

Плюсы: быстро и положительно отвечают по электронке, номер чистый,ванная комната для такого номера просторная, отличный нагревающийся полотенцесушитель, мыльные принадлежности, супер вид из окна на море и вулканы, завтраки по типу фуршета или кофе- брейка; близость к автостанции( что было для меня самым главным при выборе жилья, помимо завтрака) супермаркету и ТЦ. МИНУСЫ: их немного - при проживании горничная применяла хлорсодержащие растворы! Ладно бы после выезда, но я ещё не съехала! Мебель в таком маленьком номере громоздкая; и самое главное- из- за чего поставила троечку- за обман девочек на рецепции. У меня был выезд в 6-50 утра чтобы успеть на автобус в аэропорт, заранее за 2 дня и накануне предупредила о ланч боксе, на что ответ был положительный, меня заверили что все будет готово. В итоге к 7 утра на рецепции темнота, тишина и пустота. Ждать когда все проснутся, естественно не стала

Очень хороший отель, рекомендую к посещению. Находится довольно далеко от центра города (7-8 км), пришлось брать такси. Но есть плюс в таком расположении: рядом (200 м) большой торговый центр "Шамса" с галереей магазинов, кафе и огромным супермаркетом. Номера чистые, уютные. Очень порадовал завтрак: шведский стол поистине шикарен. Помимо традиционных каши-омлета-нарезки давали тарталетки с икрой и мясом краба, прочие вкусные закуски, которые гости сметали моментально.

Славный отель с прекрасным персоналом. Чисто, вполне уютно, вкусные обильные завтраки с икрой и красной рыбой. Заменили раскладушку на кровать сами, без нашей просьбы. Рядом торговый центр, что удобно. Хороший душ, все чисто. Качественная уборка.
