Simple hotel. No car park. First time stay in a hotel that black out at 1am. The front desk staff had tried his best to reset it back. Then finally change room for us. There is renovation on so when check in at 3pm was very noisy

the bed sheet not clean , admin change a new one act fast but when requet extra pillow the admin ask to collect at lobby no room service

Stayed for a night, as usual easy check in and out. Satisfied for the clean room but this round got a room without any windows. Overslept due to darkness, hope can request in the future. Will be back.

Suitable for a short getaway, might be a bit noisy cuz it is besides cinema. Can get hair dryer from front desk

Overall, the hotel is clean, staff are polite and friendly. Parking is available along the street. The only catch is beside the cinema. It's a bit noisy at night. But, still manageable.

Had one night stay at this hotel in superior single room. The counter is friendly and helpful when check in which is a great bonus. The room is above expectation for my first impression. The room is big enough for one person, with a big window that has a good view (room on the 3rd floor, for me personally). The best would be the toilet. Very big, with wet and dry area separated. Unfortunately the toilet cleanliness is just ok as i still get to see some dust and a tiny gecko poop on the toilet paper cover. But the water pressure very strong, toilet bowl also clean. i believe it's completely tolerable, considering the price, location, service and its overall room size, facilities and design. It is a very good experience to me.

The service so nice and staff also soo kind

We like staying here, the rooms are clean and pretty spacious considering we have 2 kids. We were out and the front desk actually called us to check of we would like the room cleaned which I think is very good

It was my third stay here, the previous times were but this third stay will be my last time here. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, sink dirty. The worst part? I woke up in the middle of the night to see a cockroach crawling all the way from the table to the wall and into the cracks between wallpaper. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Difficult to find carpark at our own since hotel no hotel parking lots for guests. Cinema is close to the hotel with sound make difficult to sleep 😴 at night time.

Another great stay.

Service and room was reasonably good. The only downside is that for 3 person room, it’s next to the cinema, so you will have “sound effects” until midnight. There wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, but you can request from the counter. Staff are very friendly.
