Lovely view and soft, comfortable beds to sleep in for the night. The single, only problem I had was the waiter at the restaurant kept asking me, “are you okay, is everything good?” literally every 2 minutes. After saying “yes, thank you” multiple times, he stands there and starts a conversation, and once, just stands there and looks at me. The only thing I want to do is eat my food in peace. Lastly, after the only thing he brought me was a cappuccino (as it was a buffet so I fetch my own food), I gave a 1000 lkr tip. He was visibly upset with this and his over-friendliness completely disappeared. I didn’t dare to go back to the restaurant after this. Food was good, however!

I really enjoyed this hotel. It is directly across the street from the Sacred Tooth Temple. In front of it is a beautiful lake. It's great for a walk. The hotel itself is very cool because of the antique charm. I have never seen anything like it. It is a unique experience if you're looking for obe.

The rooms are spacious and bright, with balconies. I was fortunate to have a room overlooking the pool, which offered a fantastic view. The room was very comfortable, and every morning, I enjoyed waking up, stepping onto the balcony, and soaking in the tranquility of the surroundings. The hotel is located by the famous Mahaweli River, and the natural environment around it is excellent, with frequent sightings of various birds and eagles. It’s a great place for those who love peace and nature. The pool was my favorite part of the hotel. It’s open almost all day, and swimming in the morning or evening felt like having the entire pool and sky to myself, a truly serene experience. The restaurant also overlooks the pool, and dining there offers both visual and sensory enjoyment. After breakfast each day, I would sit on the terrace, read a book, or work. It was quiet, and the temperature was perfect—not too hot. This hotel was one of the few places during my 20-day trip in Sri Lanka where I could truly relax and enjoy some peaceful reading time. However, the hotel has some shortcomings in its service. First, it’s located quite far from the city center, which might not be convenient for those looking to explore Kandy. Second, the quality of service felt unrefined. For example, upon check-in, staff members performed a traditional song and dance, but it felt half-hearted. Later, I was assigned a personal service staff member and given a phone for direct contact. However, the staff member seemed inexperienced. For instance, when I asked if the curtains were manual or electric, they demonstrated how to close them but then reopened them, even though it was already 6-7 p.m. and completely dark outside. These small details reflected a lack of polish in the service. Another minor issue was at breakfast. Every morning, I chose cereal and was asked if I preferred coconut syrup or honey. I answered “coconut syrup” every time, but the staff still asked me the same question every day. While it’s a small matter, it suggests room for improvement in their service process. Overall, the Jetwing Kandy Gallery is a great place to relax and connect with nature. The rooms, pool, and surrounding environment are excellent. If the hotel could enhance its service details, such as being more attentive to guests’ habits and preferences, the experience would be even better.

The room is large and clean with the strong air con. The staff are helpful and friendly. For the location, there are many restaurant nearby and there are many options that we can choose or ordering the food through Pickme.

L'hôtel a une histoire, une rivière, le paysage est très bon! Les installations sont très vieux, mais la chambre est grande! Le service est bon! Très bon! Le professionnalisme enthousiaste! Tout ce qui promet est fait sans relâche!

La location peut être attribuée à la lumière minus : la voiture n' a pas pu atteindre l' hôtel 200 mètres , une montagne très forte . Il y a deux chambres sur le plancher , et la douche et la salle de bains sont une . Merci à l'hôte il est très ami !

L'environnement global est bon, la position est un peu éloignée, loin de la ville de Liu, le paysage est très bon. L'insuffisance est que les installations intérieures sont plus anciennes, les lumières sont sombres, le bain est plus simple et les verrouillages sont plus anciens.

Emplacement pratique, copieux petit-déjeuner buffet et service chaleureux. Surtout l'emplacement est très pratique. Les installations intérieures devraient être plus anciennes. Des groupes de touristes russes y vivaient également.
