no hot water, no proper display board, no lift ad we struggle to get the food no hotels are available because Vishu festival

There were stains on the bed. Drinking water should be taken from reception using our own bottle, also the water tastes bad. The bathroom has no light. Overall, an average stay.

Stay was good but the room seemed hot and they didn't provide water bottle. The room was clean and bed was comfy but tv was not working

It was good stay at united dreams, rooms were spacious and very clean. If you are looking for a good stay at a reasonable rate this is a good place.

The corridor was reeking of smoke, the linen in the room was old, no way to connect to reception as intercom not working. We had to go up and down to 3rd floor to ask for a toothpaste and soap. Nobody helped with our luggage to 3rd floor, no lift too.

Its near passport office and 5 mins from railway station. Rooms are spacious and neat. Lift is not there and rooms are available in second and third floor only

Stay ok. Customer service is not good. Tv no channels are working. Spend the time with mobile only. No drinking water. Not recommended to family.
