Après le travail, je suis allé directement à Kaohsiung en train à grande vitesse. Il était presque midi lorsque je me suis enregistré. Il s'est avéré que l'eau du bain n'était pas très chaude. Je ne suis pas sorti. J'ai demandé à la réceptionniste et ils m'ont dit qu'il y avait eu un problème avec la pression de l'eau récemment. Vous ne pouvez rien me faire. J'étais vraiment en colère. Ensuite, le climatiseur n'a pas pu être réglé. Quand je l'ai allumé, il faisait tellement froid que le vent soufflait directement sur le lit, j'ai finalement dû l'éteindre. Je ne le recommande pas à tout le monde.

À l'origine, j'ai séjourné au Kangqiao Guangrong Pier Hotel chaque fois que j'allais à Kaohsiung pour affaires, mais je ne sais pas pourquoi je n'ai pas pu trouver la chambre sur l'application ou rechercher l'hôtel, alors j'ai séjourné au City Star It. était inattendu. De plus, la chambre est très grande, l'équipement et la propreté sont moyens, le petit déjeuner est #%#%#%#%, dans l'ensemble c'est correct.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Everything about the hotel was perfectly thought through and designed for the user experience.
Located conveniently abiT off the main busy stretch but walking distance to lots of food and bars, a little longer walk and you would get into the main busy shopping stretch. The hotel was super thoughtful in the service and amenities they provided. There was 24hrs free coffee, tea and ice cream which was self service, a laundry room with free use of their washing machines and dryers - the staff would even help you to dry your stuff when the machine is done washing! There was a 24 hour reception which is manned by really polite and kind staff who are always there to answer your questions even at 1am!
The room was well designed with all the amenities provided, from hair shampoo, conditioners, bath wash, moisturisers and even facial wash!
The rooms are super clean and there was an in-room tap with reverse osmosis water for you to refill your water and boil tea with!
The best part, the room also came with free breakfast which was pretty sumptuous for a simple hotel. The buffet spread of stir fried dishes, rice, porridge, soup (oh my god so good!) cereals, salads, coffee, teas and juices.
The service was also really good. Unobtrusive and always polite. They are really efficient and nice.
I would def stay here again if I come by!

My expereince at Kindness Hotel (Kaohsiung Hanshen) was very good, and similar to that of many Kindness hotels, professional and polite team of staff. Location was near a main shopping mall, and a 10-15 minutes stroll to the river. Rooms were spacious and clean, with simple yet nice breakfast. The hotel lobby snacks were very helpful for all guests too. Thank you very much and all the best :)

Kindness hotel lives up to its name with friendly helpful service. Breakfast is complimentary and very good.
Tea and coffee and snacks are available during the day.
The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are very helpful and courteous and make this hotel our preferred choice of hotel stay in Kaohsiung

Everything about this hotel was great. They offered shampoo and conditioner & shower gel for both men and women. They also have facial cleanser. The water jets shower was a nice touch. There was 24/7 ice cream and the service was great. Enjoyed my stay
