Avis : Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel

Cet hôtel de chaîne ne correspond pas à mes attentes ; il serait plutôt digne d'un 4 étoiles.

Dans l'ensemble, les équipements, la propreté et le service sont satisfaisants ; toutefois, le petit-déjeuner n'est pas à la hauteur des standards de Marriott. La salle à manger manque d'éclairage adéquat et plusieurs spots encastrés restent défectueux et n'ont pas été remplacés. De plus, la soupe et le congee étaient servis à une température inférieure à celle attendue.

C'était super de séjourner ici et de bénéficier d'un service exceptionnel. Je reviendrai avec plaisir. 👍👍👍

C'est correct. Beaucoup trop de monde pendant les vacances. Le petit-déjeuner au 9e étage s'est transformé en marché local.

Very friendly and attentive staff. The Marriott Kaoshiung is located right next to a shopping mall. A great breakfast is on offer and very comfortable rooms for rest and relaxation.

Hotel is beautiful and room is spacious and exceptionally comfortable.

The spa and gym are great but close too early. The hotel is next to a shopping mall but is not closed to the busy area. It is about 10 to 15 mins walk to the metro station.

Very well-appointed and spacious room. Staff provided excellent professional services. The location is convenient and the breakfast was superb!! Recommend and hope to rebook.

We stayed at 2 bed room suite and really enjoyed the view from the big windows. My daughter loves exploring the rooms and looking out of the window. She still talks about going back to Kaohsiung Marriott as she loves the room. We also love how the hotel is connected to a shopping mall with good restaurants, an indoor children playground and a good book store. Breakfast was of good variety and we chose to have breakfast at the main restaurant everyday. Lounge is also nice, although the breakfast variety is less. My only disappointment would be the kids club as I don't think it is well equipped, in comparison to other 5 stars or 4 stars hotels. It is more like a room with some toys (building blocks and a broken kitchen) and the children fought over the toys. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and hope to return in the future.

Very convenient and comfortable hotel, nice staffs and the room is big.

The hotel lobby is full of restroom smells, a lot of customers complain about that. The room clearing service is bad, I upgraded to stay at the two bed rooms suite with a living room but the housekeeper always forgot something everyday, I had to call them or just ignore that. The location is good and it is never metro and beside a big mall.
