Family Room is big, shower head pressure is awesome. Happy hrs for guest at lvl 7 is good with unlimited beer, drinks and snacks. Breakfast not very tasty but not a concern to us as we, as tourist will prefer eating out. Overall is worth the stay with the price.

Pro: Quiet near to mrt station, variety of choice for breakfast, free flow snack & drink available at night at level 7 lounge. Cons: Room a bit aging, room with low ceiling, housekeeping staff didn't refill bathroom amenities and in room snacks when do daily cleaning even we stay for 5 nights, didn't provide luggage delivery to room service after we store luggage on first day before check in time

There was an immediate odor when we entered the room. The bedsheet has a bleach smell as well. They provide used plastic slipper but with the sticker saying it’s been sannitized. We couldn’t believe it when we saw the slippers. Who wants to use a used pair of slipper? The odor in the room is the biggest reason we would not recommend this hotel. It felt like a 2/3 star hotel.

Location of hotel is near to 愛河。Hotel staff very polite, they even have happy hour where you can enjoy free flow of drinks include beer and snack.

Location is near to metro station and Ai River. There's a family mart next door so you can get almost everything you want. There's a lounge to enjoy some snacks and drinks. Also gym and laundry room. Will stay here again

5 mins walking distance from Orange line YanChengpu MRT. Room was cleaned and spacious for 2 pax although the window view wasn't spectacular. Washroom was very spacious too with dry and wet areas separated and the strong water shower spray was fantastic especially during hot weather now. Air-conditioned was great too. Highly recommended. 👍

Renovate hotel with Big room and good facilty

説實話有被這家酒店的服務驚艷到。因為有一家的收費差不多以及星級一樣不過待遇就沒有向這家酒店一樣。 首先這家酒店的位置很靠近捷運，所以非常適合自由行且喜歡住漂亮的酒店的你。 其次，他們的工作人員都很熱情友善。剛辦理check in時酒店員工都會問你需要行李送房服務沒有（這裏我沒有要這個服務因為要等一個10-20分鐘左右（因為當時也有很多人在辦理check in 了，可能因為這個原因哈哈哈）然後員工也會熱情介紹你酒店的所有設施。 房間裏面呢～我定的房間有的泡澡誒～主要是這個泡澡的地方不會有滑滑的感覺，房間設備都很齊全。很喜歡～ On the third day of my Taiwan trip, I had the most wonderful experience traveling by bullet train from Taipei to Kaohsiung. The hotel is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the train station, which made our arrival smooth and hassle-free. Upon arriving at the hotel with my family, we were warmly welcomed at the main entrance. The staff’s polite and attentive attitude immediately reminded me of something I had heard before — that “the most beautiful view in Taiwan is its people.” Their hospitality truly lived up to that saying. One of the staff members personally guided us to the reception and took the time to clearly explain our entitlements and the hotel’s facilities. Her patience and professionalism made us feel well taken care of. The hotel's design and atmosphere were equally impressive — elegant, stylish, and full of character. Though we only stayed for one night due to our travel schedule, I genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. It was a truly pleasant and unforgettable stay.
