Great location, very close to train station. Breakfast has great varieties; room is clean; service is excellent. Will come back when we visit Kaohsiung again.

The hotel is really out of my expectation. The staff are very nice and helpful. The room is clean, especially the bathroom, the floor could keep dry even after the bath.
There is a free concierge on ground floor. They serve tea, coffee, snack and even ice-cream! When you felt tired after a day of visit, this concierge really can relax you.
Breakfast are with wide variety. Overall this hotel is value for money.

location is good, near to train station. they provide a drink, one choose between beer, juice and sparkling water. there is a laundry room which guest can use for free. food provided during breakfast is good, however if they can be kept more warm will be a plus point.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. It’s 5 star level. I enjoyed staying here as much as I enjoyed Taiwan! I dont’t know if I can ever find a hotel like this at it’s price. You feel relaxed & pampered with all it’s free amenities. You get a healthy sumptous delicious buffet breakfast with vegetarian option. There is a cafe/ice cream/snacks/ laundry area/ lobby 24 hrs. Free luggage storage. Free bicycle use too. The staff speaks good english & very nice. Really living up to their hotel name. The room is clean with big windows, soundproofing ( there’s a construction ongoing outside but no noise) comfortable bed, fresh linens , towels & daily housekeeping so tou will have a good night sleep all night here. Nothing to complain but all praises for this amazing hotel but budget friendly. Will definitely come back again!

The room is clean and spacious, provide nice toiletry . Moreover, the hotel provide 24hrs free different favours ice cream , biscuits , coffee and teas … so given a bottle of beer every day . Free Breakfast is wonderful, Taiwan Chinese and western food , fruits and salad etc , we really enjoy our stay in kindness hotel 👍👍👍

Well done! Amazingly clean, super value for money buffet in the morning and helpful staff who will guide you upon checking in. The washing facilities were helpful, highly recommended for longer stays in the Kaohsiung area. Very conveniently located as it is very close to the Kaohsiung metro station (attached), which you can use as a key landmark.
