整體體驗非常好，雖然內裝看得出來有些陳舊，但很乾淨，景緻漂亮舒服，空間明亮寬敞，搭纜車泡湯是不錯的體驗，且衛浴設備、備品充足，早晨還能自己磨一杯咖啡，超讚。雖然位置較偏遠，但有提供定時接駁車，班次也算多，其實也是相當便利，推薦，有機會會想再住並體驗餐飲服務

房間很大，很乾凈。有準備咖啡豆和手磨咖啡機。服務很周到，餐廳的西餐很驚艷。山上的温泉也很舒服，很喜歡。

酒店的温泉很棒，在山頂上夜晚的星空很美。早上拉開窗簾就能看到海上日出，酒店服務也很好，乾淨舒適，非常推薦！

服務員態度非常友善，浸溫泉的地方十分舒服，景色優美，望住淺間山。房間有咖啡豆可以自己磨，享受咖啡

房間乾淨整潔，最主要温泉很好，餐廳好，服務好，球場好，缺點是有些偏遠，西武旗下酒店，這個比較好

我在2017年，曾經住過西王子，併到東王子吃過飯，這次住淺間王子，各有特色。特別是温泉很好，有幹蒸房和室外湯池。另外，班車去JR站與奧萊，很好。

Not the newest, but very well maintained, and has the atmosphere of a "classic" Japanese hotel. Onsen is lovely! They've set up a new lodge perched up on a hill just for the bath facilities and its quite fun to go up there with the hillside elevator. Service is also attentive and friendly. It's 15 minutes away by car from Karuizawa station, and a bit of a distance from any outside dining or shopping, but its perfect for those who want to enjoy a beautiful mountain view and quiet walks, or those who like to golf. The shuttle service runs every hour to the main shopping area is very helpful as well. I do wish they had more dining options but not a deal breaker for a weekend getaway.
