Most unprofessional and pathetic hotel in Kasol. Sanjay housekeeping cum reception boy will be under the narcotics influence most of the time. He will threat you, use threatening tone. The rooms smell badly. Linens are dirty never washed, No basic toiletries or bath towels will be provided. The rooms will have locking issues mostly they will use this to perform theft which could be life threatening as well. A BIG NO TO THIS HOTEL AT ANY COST. SANJAY TOOK MONEY ON HIS PERSONAL NUMBER AND EVEN HEARD HIM TELLING OTHER GUESTS THAT QR CODE FOR PAYMENTS ON RECEPTION BELONGS TO HIS OWNERS AND HE WILL NOT OFFER ROOM IF NOTNPAID DIRECTLY TO HIM. PLEASE DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE EVER.

it was good stay with pleasent arrangement,the electricity issue was there which need to be addressed quickly.also market is accecble which is good thing.
