Ocean Villa G218 is the largest and most luxurious 4BR/3BA unit at the gated Ocean Villas at Turtle Bay. With ocean-facing views, spacious interiors, and elegant design, it offers privacy and comfort just steps from the beach, pool, dining, golf, and hiking trails. Located right next door to the famous Ritz hotel, this villa combines resort-style atmosphere with the exclusivity of a private luxury residence. Some of the additional amenities include: o Central air conditioning with a de-humidifier o Reserved parking and gated security o Isolated courtyard that overlooks the ocean o Heated pool, jacuzzi and BBQ area o Direct beach access and outdoor shower o Living room and bedrooms feature Brazilian Chestnut hardwood floors o Whirlpool washer/dryer The well-appointed kitchen offers plenty of space for dinner parties or private chef dinners with: o Natural stone flooring and granite countertops o Wolf induction cooktop o Wolf convection microwave and oven o Sub Zero refrigerator o Bosch dishwasher o Nespresso coffee machine and capsules o Regular coffee maker, blender, toaster and more. A koa wood dry wine and bar cabinet with Sub Zero wine fridge is also available. The newly remodeled dual master suite offer breathtaking ocean views. They both include a king-size bed equipped with a large walk-in closet and flat screen TV for ultimate relaxation as well as blackout curtains. Wander into the master bath for a mesmerizing soak in the large marble tub. Guests can also enjoy a separate shower, a private lavatory and double vanity counter with stunning marble countertops. The third bedroom offers 2 queen beds with luxurious frames and linens, flat screen TV and a desk. The fourth bedroom is children’s favorite! The high quality custom built bunks beds are twin size, they feature guardrails and staircases for easy access with storage space. The beach closet includes: o 2 boogie boards, o 3 beach chairs, o 1 umbrella, o 1 cooler Beach towels will be found in the unit. We can provide up to 2 Pack'n Play with mattresses and sheets as well as 2 high chairs if asked. GUEST ACCESS The Ocean Villas have their own grounds which include the pool & Jacuzzi as well as community BBQs. The beach just outside the villa is a public beach that anyone is allowed access to. You can use the following Turtle Bay Resort Amenities: o Oceanfront Pool and Jacuzzi at Ocean Villas (Free), o Restaurants and Bars, o Day Spa in the hotel, o 10 Tennis Courts and Pickleball, o Two PGA/LPGA Golf Courses, o Surfing Lessons and Board Rentals, o Stand Up Paddle Board Rentals, Lessons and Tours, o Helicopter Tours, o Horseback Riding, o Enterprise Rental Car Desk & Services, o Luau Shows, o Twelve Miles of Hiking Trails (Free), o Biking Trails (Free), o Bike Rentals, o Segway Rentals and Tours, o Five Miles of Beaches (Free), o Volleyball Sand Court, o Fitness Classes (for a fee) To make sure your stay is amazing, Aloha will be your full time on-island host who lives nearby. Kawela Bay is located on the resort property. The likes of “Lost”, “Pirates of the Caribbean” and other movies were filmed there. Amazing staycation The villa was the best! We’ve stayed at many others there and this was by far the best and nicest. Thank you for a wonderful time. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean. Everything that you needed was in the full kitchen. No complaints here!

Doesn’t get better than this! Villa 218 is my absolute favorite! It is gorgeous inside. The location cannot be beat, steps from the ocean. The beds are all very comfortable. The kitchen is a gourmet appointed kitchen and aloha. Being able to use Sonos is such a plus as well.The property manager is an absolute gem. This time I was traveling alone and felt so supported the entire time I was there. If you want a purely luxurious and relaxing stay, this is the good for you.

Absolutely wonderful The view is spectacular. The hostess very helpful in accommodating some of our special requests. We were surprised to find a few toys in the condo which our granddaughters loved playing with! We had a comfortable and relaxing time. We hope to stay there again in the future

Incredible place with great communication The place is gorgeous. Simply could not get any better. We found out the beach umbrella was broken during our stay but were provided a replacement by the next morning. Truly once in a lifetime stay. Definitely worth the price.

Wonderful, large ocean front 4 bedroom We had a wonderful time at this luxurious aesthetically pleasing and well furnished villa. It accommodated ten comfortably including a baby, toddler, adults, and 93 year old. It was just as described on the VRBO website. The host, Aloha, was responsive before and during our trip helping to meet the needs of our elderly grandma and young children. There is an ocean view and you are close enough to hear the waves. The pool is close by, relaxing, and never crowded. We had a lovely vacation here making most of our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend.

Perfect for our family We stayed with our daughter and her family. Everything was so comfortable for all nine of us. We were close to the beach and in the perfect location to explore both sides of the North Shore. The turtle bay property is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this property and hope to visit again.

Once in a lifetime family trip This home is absolutely beautiful and the grounds are a paradise. The home is so quite from outside noise such as neighbors it makes it incredibly peaceful. At night you can open the windows and sleep to the sounds of the ocean and wind. We were blessed to see a whale breaching while having breakfast in the porch with an incredible view of the ocean. As a former chef the kitchen met all of my needs to cook for my family at night and in the mornings. The complimentary coffee they set out from a local farm is now our new favorite coffee and we will be keeping it in stock. The host was an absolute delight and they were quick with there responses and were amazing themselves. I would recommend this property to anyone it was an absolute treat and I felt reconnected with an island I fell in love with 20 years ago.
