The hotel is named after the famous Kazan artist Nikolai Ivanovich Feshin. Here, on the territory of the merchants Sapozhnikov department store, there was once a workshop in which he created. Now the Feshin Hotel is a comfortable mini-hotel in the center of Kazan.

В целом , не плохой вариант для центра Казани. Но понравится думаю не всем. Простой и лаконичный. . Мини-отель. Или скорее это Апарт отель. Бронировали номер с 22-22.08. 2025 (3 ночи). - 39000₽. Сначала забронировали улучшенный 2-х местный . Но накануне заезда увидели , что полулюкс с балконом на наши даты выходит за такую же стоимость . Связалась , попросила поменятт. Получился абгрейд. Минусы отеля: 1. ВАЖНО - в настоящий момент перед отелем идут масштабные ремонтные работы!!!! Идет прокладка труб. На сайте отеля данная информация отсутствует, при подтверждении бронирования сотрудники отеля тоже НЕ предупреждают о таких неудобствах. С раннего утра слышны звуки строительной техники и крики рабочих . Окна Поэтому , из описания про отель ранее «расположен на тихой улочке» - это сейчас 100% это не про Фешин … (((( и в ближайший месяц точно , если не больше. 2. Шумоизоляция в номере никакая . Особенно в ванной комнате (у нас был 202 номер на 2 этаже), слышно все, что происходит за стенкой (а там тоже ванная и звуки доносятся соответствующие ). 3. За 3 дня у нас НЕ убирались . Мы сами попросили поменять полотенца , вынести мусор , принести пордон туалетной бумаги … Вообще, никто у нас не спрашивал , нуждаемся ли мы чем то ….На ресепшене посменно работают студенты. Больше по сути мы никого не видели… 4. Слабый холодильник в номере. Да и холодильником его назвать сложно ))) 5. Не ухоженный балкон (пол на балконе потрескался , нуждается в ремонте). В остальном. Расположение отеля хорошее. Это факт!Оснащение нашего номера нас тоже устроило . Ремонт свежий . Сантехника исправна , хорошая постель . Из необходимого есть все. Даже чайный сервиз. Номер просторный . Чисто . Цена - качество соответствует. Возможно, это конечно, наш номер был такой нормальный, более экономичные номера по проще . Например, я видела номер на 1 этаже рядом с администратором . Вот там бы я точно не хотела жить …. Это ужас, на проходе. Завтраков своих в отеле не предусмотрено. Предлагается завтрак в кофейне, расположенной неподалеку.. Мы бронировали без завтрака. А в эту кофейню сами ходили и заказывали по меню. ИТОГО. Отель могу рекомендовать туристам без претензий .На 2-3 дня пребывания в Казани не плохой вариант в данном ценовом диапазоне.(!) и для тех кто не любит большие отели . В Фешине с людьми мы практически не пересекались.
