Discover comfort and style in our newly built townhouse. This part of the townhouse is fully separated from the basement, providing you with a peaceful and private environment. Featuring 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each bedroom includes its private bathroom, ensuring both convenience and privacy for our guests. Enjoy a high-end cooking experience in our modern kitchen, which has quartz countertops and a gas cooktop. For your convenience, we provide both a Keurig Slim and a traditional coffee maker.Relax and dine outdoors on the patio, which features a charcoal grill and two separate seating areas. The backyard is shareable with the basement suite! We are building a fence by the end of March. Dining Room: Seats 4 people, with wide windows that bring in natural light.
