IInvitéCame for an overnight stay with my son to see a concert at GLC. Spoke with a Charveletta(spelling might be all wrong)! She was AMAZING!! We wanted an early check in since we were driving from 3 hours away and we wanted to relax before the concert. She was so accommodating and a pleasure to talk to! Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was awesome, we are already looking for upcoming concerts to see so we can stay here again!

BB__WThis hotel was a surprising all-around winner. I had interactions with three staff, and all of them were cheerful, friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was clean and well-supplied, the breakfast was ample, and the property is located near several good eating options. On the first floor, there is a family-friendly play area with two foosball tables and several tables scattered around for groups to hang out and play games. Helpfully, TRU provides a selection of board games and puzzles for groups to enjoy. Additionally, there is a fire-pit on site if people want to enjoy some time around a campfire outside. All in all, this hotel is a winner!

L'ancienne partie de l'hôtel, qui était l'hôtel Pantlind, a été ouverte en 1913 pendant la période de croissance de la ville d'urgence, qui a été renommée à plusieurs reprises l'un des dix plus grands hôtels des États-Unis au premier semestre du XXe siècle.
L'hôtel Pantlind est un style architectural beaux-art, un style architectural populaire en France dans les années 1930 à la fin du XIXe siècle. Il possède le plus grand plafond d'or au monde à l'époque, des énormes éclairs d'eau et des lumières de luxe
En 1979, Amway Group a acheté l'hôtel Pantlind, a été réaménagé et repris le 15 septembre 1981, et a participé à la cérémonie d'ouverture de la femme de Fordfai, qui habitait dans la ville de Grande Urgency.
L'édifice de 29 étages de l'hôtel de l'ancien Rio a été achevé en 1983, ce qui est également une nouvelle partie de l'architecture d'aujourd'hui.
Bien que la Grande ville soit aujourd'hui une ville relativement silencieuse aux États-Unis, les ruines du passé continuent à éclater.

IInvitéThe hotel is in a quiet area and our room was quiet as well. Staff was friendly. Room was large and comfortable. The free breakfast was ample. Only cons were the tv does not have guide (so you don't know what is on). And the indoor pool and spa were nice, but there were a lot of kids making it noisy and they were allowed in the hot tub which was annoying.

IInvitéDisappointed in the cleanliness of the room and hallways. Carpet in room is stained in several areas - large. There is no way I would be barefoot in this room. Water supply was extremely low and neither the sink nor the shower drained properly - left us feeling quite gross. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless they step up their game.

IInvitéService was very good and informative. Location was excellent. The room was somewhat disappointing. It was manageable but it was separated by a corner, and the view was of a crumbling wall. The prime amenity we were looking forward to was the bar, which closed an hour prior to when we were told it would.

Bummed that the hot tub wasn't available. The hot tub has been covered, so there isn't any. :(
The food was pretty good, I appreciated the options.
The furniture in the room needs updating. The table in the sitting area was really wobbly. Also the desk and table in the sitting area have stains all over them. I thought the room wasn't clean when we got there, but it was just stains over the years.

DDr CushL'hôtel était bon pour aller au concert. La piscine et le tube chaud avaient des heures décentes. Seuls les plaintes n'avaient pas de café ou de serviettes réincorporées dans la chambre. Les murs étaient aussi un peu minces; pouvait entendre des conversations dans la salle de bains clairement et ne sentait pas qu'il y avait beaucoup de confidentialité à avoir dans la salle de bains
