Corfu Hellinis Hotel

Came here to give some positivity, as we were so worry after reading some of these review Today is are last day and we have had a amazing time. The staff are super friendly and helpful The food is tasty and good variety, lots of traditional Greek food but also your basic chips, pasta spaghetti bol salad. Fruit peaches apples water melon, There is a menu of whats served for information and allergy list Ice cream for children lunch and tea The pool is lovley clean plenty of sun lounger chairs Music around the pool all day Basic drink free part of all inclusive and cocktails and branded drink extra but cheap than local bars The hotel is in prime local to the airport, good bus service right outside ever 20 mins Lovley beach 10min walk Bars, restaurants, gift shop and grocery shop short walk up the hill maybe 5/10 min walk or 1 bus stop if you can't manage the hill. The rooms are basic but suit all your needs clean Clean towels and bedding everything day Pool room have best balcony Thankyou for a Lovly stay we will be back

We arrived to a very pleasant check in Lady who was very helpful and accommodating too us. We were given our "all inclusive" bands and then given our room keys. Upon entering the room the smell of the sewerage in the rooms was very strong and is persistent. The rooms were relativly clean but the floors are sticky and dirty. There are ants everywhere. The shower cubicle is small with a mismatched curtain that covers the drain hole so you have too have a shower in under a minute or the bathroom floods. The room is extremely dated, also facing the main corfu runway with planes landing and taking off every few minutes all day and all night which wakes you up every time until you get used too it. We paid for all inclusive however this hotel seems too produce the bare minimum too be able too call it all inclusive. You do get breakfast lunch and dinner which the food quality for our palate was ok however on the last day we found maggots crawling off our plate after we had eaten (picture), you get soft drinks in very small cups The beer comes in very small 0.25cl glasses so you are always going back too refil and you only get 2 local aperitifs but all spirits are an extra charge, they even charge for bottled WATER!! Most of the staff are friendly but the man behind the bar in the afternoon is rude and bolshy, he makes it seem like your putting him out asking for a drink. There are no snack bars at all and the mixer pump is constantly breaking so the tiny drinks mostly are from warm bottles. What they call all inclusive is so far from what I would expect from all inclusive. The hotel is situated close too the bus route which is very handy. This is a very poor hotel and very dated and unkept. The smell in the rooms of sewerage is awful and the minimum "all inclusive" is terrible! I won't ever stay hear again. The WiFi is constantly dropping out i kept a log of WiFi drop out and of the 84h30m I was in the hotel the Internet was down pr not working properly for 71h41m so take it as the WiFi is unusable. Positives are very few if any and the negatives are many. It seems like they are trying too save money on you without shame of hiding it and having too constantly go too the bar too fill up tiny cups is silly! Im a bit of an avgeek so I love the planes and the location too the lagoon.

Most people writing reviews are being extremely picky, I came with my boyfriend for one week and we were happy with the hotel. For the price we paid we were satisfied with the quality of the hotel! The staff in the hotel were absolutely delightful and made the experience better. The hotel is situated very close to the beach and also the bus station ( €2 into old town ) making exploring the island much easier. The pool is a great size and there was always a sunbed available. Overall I’m really happy with our holiday and would recommend to anyone looking for a cheap and cheerful holiday!! Super cute cats aswell ❤️
