« L'hôtel le plus récent de Medan City. Beauté facette et lobby avec une petite salle de sport et piscine au niveau 2. Nous avons eu un sommeil de nuit tranquille au niveau 6. N'avez pas entendu de musique loud du 16e étage du bar/disco. Le seul son que nous avons entendu est le train occasionnel qui passe sur les pistes qui a été agréable de regarder. La chambre est très confortable et confortable. Notre chambre Deluxe King était bien, mais nous avons trouvé qu'il était bizarre quand il y a un avis pour nous informer de ne pas brosser du papier toilette dans le WC, donc il a dû utiliser le bidet. »

« FRONTDESK: Absolutely great people, from start till the time a check out - the level is service is no where incomparable to any of the hotels I have stayed in Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam or Thailand. Most of the time, traveling in these countries they tend to worship westerners but in Indonesia everyone are treated equally as guests. The only problem I had with this hotel was the room - it was dim, no plug or USB point to plug my laptop and work gadgets or comfortable chair or table to work from - it was a business trip and need strong WiFi as well. (Just my room, I cant speak for the rest) - but when my driver picked my airport - he did ask why i did I chose to stay at Grand Inna?? The place needs a big upgrade and refurbishment. The location is Ideal to be in the city centre, nice eateries around but room not so great. Food is great though. »

Whether you’re exploring the city’s vibrant food scene or heading out for business, the hotel’s central location makes everything easily accessible. Room Cleanliness and Maintenance While the room itself was clean and well-maintained, I felt the bathroom could have used a bit more attention — perhaps a deeper clean to really match the otherwise high standards of the hotel. That said, this was more about my personal preference for spotless surfaces than any major issue.
