Really enjoyed our stay at apsara but was kind of let down by a few things. Firstly the beach club is reserved solely for those staying in villas, you do get a meal token to eat there once but even then your only allowed certain things off the menu. Which kinda makes you feel your not worthy when your sat with a4 sized menu and told your allowed to order 1 item from each box when those dining there are given a much bigger menu to choose from also the only entertainment that's at the hotel is in the beach bar so other than sitting on the beach in the sand and again looking like a 2nd class citizen while those in villas sit on nice comfy seats, enjoying the entertainment, the bar us common folk are allowed to use that has the same cocktails,serves the same beer as beach hut is situated just behind it so once again you are kept away also I may add there is very limited seating in this bar area Secondly your way out in the sticks which is nice but the fact there no entertainment means days and evening become very boring very quickly there is no shops within a 40 minute walk so its 300-400 baht (£8-£10) each way to go into town where's there's plenty to do some really nice restaurants a market and various bars etc. The food in the all inclusive buffet is very nice just there isn't alot to choose from and again if you want to you can visit the the other restaurants if your willling to pay for your food, The staff at the hotel are amazing, very polite and always have a smile on the face. Overall I doubt we will be returning as its just not for us its perfect if you want a silent holiday with just you and a book and a peaceful holiday we would of just like a little more entertainment and maybe some activities during the day and not made feel like we are not worthy.

C'est-à-dire que la chambre est très belle, très propre, la protection contre le COVID est excellente dès le moment où vous entrez dans l'hôtel. Sentez-vous en sécurité Parce que j'ai emmené mon enfant de 11 mois. Depuis installé Ouvrez la pièce, wow, c'est l'atmosphère Se sentir naturel, calme, propice à la détente, belle chambre, piscine agréable et propre avec une mesure pour définir les personnes jouant dans l'eau À l'espace Faire en sorte que les invités se sentent en sécurité Pendant le COVID épidémie Quant à la nourriture, elle est très bonne, la nourriture a une variété de choix, et c'est délicieux. Et il y a beaucoup d'activités à jouer L'hôtel est situé en face de la plage, ce qui est très bien, s'il y a une chance de rester à nouveau, ça vaut vraiment le coup.

Deuxième séjour en 5 ans dans cet hôtel idéalement situé (à 100 m de la plage et à 5 minutes à pied des commerces). Ambiance sereine et tranquille, personnel et chambres agréables. Si vous le demandez, possibilité de garder la chambre un peu plus longtemps ( 20 euros pour décaler le check out de midi à 17h). Je ne recommanderais par forcément cet hôtel pour les familles souhaitant des animations car il n'y en a aucune mais le conseillerais pour les personnes souhaitant vraiment se relaxer.

We had stayed here once before on our first trip to Thailand in 2014. We had aimed to stay again during the last three years but COVID changed that. We managed to return for the second time during April 2023 for a special milestone Birthday. Since our last visit, there had been a major refurbishment of the venue. All rooms had been updated and a reconfiguration of the main infinity pool had taken place, making it much bigger with a new pool bar. In addition, all ground floor rooms have become ‘swim up’ rooms and a large new extension block of rooms has been added towards the back of the Resort. We definitely preferred the previous Reception area which was inspiring and awesome and, without doubt, had a ‘Wow’ factor when you first arrived. In contrast, the new Reception looked and felt very much less so. We had a lovely room on second floor with views over the Regina Pool Bar. It was spacious with a large bathroom including a bath and large walk-in shower. It had a spacious balcony with seating. There is a huge space in the window alcove with a day mattress which could be utilised as an extra bed at night, if you needed it. SAFETY ALERTY - Please note that the floor to ceiling windows in this window alcove open to a literal drop of three floors with no Juliette Balcony railings for safety. Therefore, please be aware of this if you have young children in these rooms. If the window doors are open in this space, they don’t even need to climb but simply crawl and, unless supervised at all times, fall out. The Restaurant and food was excellent and plentiful. There are special themes on every night which we did enjoy on a couple of nights during our stay but we did use the bars and restaurants in Khao Lak as they are so reasonable in price and we like to explore the area we stay in. There is a ‘Happy Hour’ which rotates around the Hotel Bars from 2pm - 6.30pm. We enjoyed this at the Regina Pool Bar (2pm - 3pm) and have to identify Wiu who served us every day and sometimes as well at the Sire (Beach Bar). He was outstanding in his attention to detail and personalised service. However, this was not the same elsewhere and, generally we were disappointed with the overall customer service. Similarly, I have never stayed in such a beautiful and luxurious Resort which has had such a poor room cleaning service. The bathroom sink area was not properly cleaned for the duration of our stay, the tea and coffee was not replenished daily and we had to ask continuously for these and ended up taking them from the Restaurant at Breakfast time. We also had to ask for the floor to be cleaned each day as it was so gritty and sandy. The Spa is beautiful and the massages very professional and relaxing but yet again the Spa Reception customer service was less than welcoming and friendly. Il y a 5 ans, nous sommes revenus en octobre 2023 et nous avons donné la même chambre que nous avons occupée avant. Les chambres sont larges avec un lit massif et disposent de toutes les installations que vous voulez. Le barman Tounchai nous a servi tous les jours au bar de la piscine pendant l'heure heureuse avec des cocktails délicieux. L'hôtel est situé à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et à proximité de nombreux bars et restaurants. Le marché Bang Niang, qui est à 2 minutes de marche, est ouvert chaque Mon, Weds, Thur et Sat qui fait des aliments de rue et a de nombreux stands.

Arrivés de nuit, bien accompagnés par Esteban de l'équipe Kappa malgré l'heure tardive.Logés en villa premier très spacieuse et bien éqipée (clim un peu bruyante)avec transat et petit jardinet au calme.Site très bien entretenu aux dimensions raisonnables.Personnel serviable a la hauteur du site.Petit déjeuner super ,déjeuner un peu répétitif.Merci a toute l'équipe KAPPA Morgan,Esteban Léa toujours disponibles pour nous,et qui participent comme nous a toutes les sorties Kappa et nous font partager leurs connaissances(sorties a faire sans hésitations)

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel. Il est superbe et très propre. Les 2 piscine sont agréables et bien entretenues. Toute l équipe est très serviable. Le petit déjeuner est top, très raffiné, tout comme le restaurant italien de cet hôtel. D autre part, il est situé.

Parce que je veux aller aux îles Similan et que je ne veux pas me lever tôt, j'ai réservé l'hôtel Koala et je peux me lever et partir à 8 heures? J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour adultes seulement, donc il y a pas de bruit des enfants😂 L'environnement de l'hôtel est calme, et le petit déjeuner se présente sous forme de buffet, avec œufs brouillés sur place. Mais sachez que si vous vivez dans un hôtel, l'hôtel n'a pas d'ascenseur, mais en fait, de nombreux hôtels locaux n'en ont pas.

Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel, le premier en 2019 , et celui ci en 2023 . Et malgré le Covid peu de chose ont changé, le personnel est très agréable, toujours un mot et un sourire (ce sourire tellement contagieux 🥰 ) séjour en famille et l’hôtel est vraiment calme au bord de l’eau sur la mer d’Andaman , quel plaisir !!! Le petit déjeuner est copieux et diversifié avec beaucoup de fruits locaux et du thé et café thaï. Il y en a pour tous les goûts ( sucrés, salés..) les chambres sont très spacieuses et calmes . Bien qu’arrivé il y a peu , nous pouvons déjà donner nos impressions : accueil très agréable, personnel souriant … chambres modernes , bien équipées avec un grand frigo ( alimenté quotidiennement mais uniquement de 2 bouteilles d’eau ) restaurant ( 2 ) un sur réservation et l’autre principal ( petit déjeuner, déjeuner et souper ) souvent à la carte , service à table … excellente nourriture de qualité supérieure. plusieurs piscines et une belle plage avec rochers très décoratifs … la mer est à une température idéale . On a opté pour la version All In et notre petit bracelet bleu nous permet de nous gâter du matin au soir. Cocktails excellents ! Ce n’est peut-être pas la version All in courante ( les repas sont calibrés - entrée plat dessert ) mais on n’a pas faim … on recommande cet hôtel « adult Only »
