My family and I recently spent two weeks in an exquisite four bedroom apartment at Century Park and I can honestly say it was the best holiday accommodation we have stayed in for a longtime. It was a perfect place at every level. It was very spacious, tastefully furnished and very clean. The rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed. It's located in a beautiful part of Kigali with excellent views. It's handy for the golf course and a wonderful running/walking track. The breakfast at Billy's hotel has to be tasted to be believed. Simply delicious and nutritious. Above all is the staff who catered to every need from an early check-in and late checkout with a shuttle in both directions. Thanks to Ruth and her colleagues Nathan, Irene and Stephen. Also thanks to the staff and chefs at Billy's. Will be back!

We were truly amazed by the service and cleanliness at Century Park Hotel & Residences. The food was exquisite, the welcome warm, and the natural, refreshing air added to the entire experience. Honestly, I'm at a loss for words to fully describe my time there.

I had an amazing stay at Century Park Hotel & Residences. The Apartment had all our needs and requirements, we were able to cook, order food and drinks delivered to the door and cleaning available every other day. Security was assured as well as quietness when required. Internet was superb too. Our host Jean in addition to the initial discount also agreed to further discount for the 3-bedroom apartment after my friend left so I did not have to change apartments. Jean is very attentive and always available and willing to assist. Excellent champion customer focus. 10/10 for Jean and his team including Noella the cleaning lady. Finally, for those interested in having some nigh life (loud music, crowd etc) there is a busy club in the premises, so you do not have to leave to have a night out. Overall, Century Park met and exceeded my expectations, and I will be back again pretty soon.

The place has a nice location with good view, the staff are so amazing with Amazing customer Care, ambiance of the hotel was equally impressive, with stunning decor and a sense of tranquility that made my stay truly relaxing. The staff's professionalism and genuine warmth added an extra layer of comfort to my visit. The staff at the hotel was so friendly and helpful, the rooms were amazing,well cleaned and maintained with all the equipments in need, the location has the nicest view of Kigali city. the breakfast was delicious and healthy with great variety of options

I came to the hotel and the way they welcomed me was extra amazing, the staff services were too friendly, the room qualities was very clean and you feel comfortable in the room. Hotel facilities were at high level, i really liked the restaurant was too clean.
