If there is evidence of smoking inside the home there will be charges incurred anywhere from $100-$500 depending on if there is damage.✷ Check-out is promptly at 10am.✷ There will be a late check-out charge incurred of $150 for each hour past the 10am check-out time.✷ A hot tub fee of $100 if upon check out, jacuzzi water turns cloudy/muddy/sandy/residue floating.
