« Disappointing that reception had an issue with my booking as it was booked via Trip and therefore showed a Dubai address which rid not match my address. Eventually sorted, but reception wasn’t particularly friendly. Ok location, quite far out from Kidlington/Oxford without a car. Nice room. »

Le petit-déjeuner est riche, mais la chambre que nous avons payée porte un petit-déjeuner, l'autre est un peu coûteux pour 15 lits. Le service est OK, il y a un peu de route du centre de Oxford. The location is also very convenient, offering easy access without the stress of navigating the very centre of Oxford, especially if you are driving. Based on my repeated positive experiences, I cannot recommend the Holiday Inn Oxford highly enough. It offers reliable comfort, fantastic service, and great value. It's clear they take pride in their hotel and their guests' satisfaction. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else on my future trips to Oxford! »

« Bel hôtel. Le personnel est cordial mais les équipements doivent être revus et remis au goût du jour. Pas de téléphone fixe pour appeler la réception pour tout service nécessaire, j'ai dû descendre jusqu'à la réception pour déposer une plainte concernant des toilettes qui refusaient de tirer la chasse d'eau. La douche ne fonctionnait pas, je ne pouvais pas tirer la chasse d'eau jusqu'à ce que j'applique beaucoup de pression sur la poignée de chasse d'eau. Cela aurait été génial si les équipements étaient à jour (faute d'un meilleur mot). »

« The hotel has a great appearance and so the rooms. Also, the services are severely nice. If you bring night snacks, staff help you using microwaves. Breakfast is delicious despite the low prices. You can go to the airport easily by using hotel taxi services either. When you are traveling with your family, Leonardo Hotel is the best choice! »
