Premier Inn Kilmarnock

The toilet didn’t work the whole time we have been here and the staff did nothing to help whatsoever when we asked if they could help. All they did was show us a review page. They offered nothing to rectify the issue at all and told us that the receptionist would “go and have a look”. They haven’t fixed anything and haven’t offered us any kind of compensation for it. Annoying to not be able to use a basic human right. Breakfast was also atrocious, over cooked food, staff not available to take orders, buffet was always empty and toilets there were out of order too.

Reception staff looked like they just didn't want to be there which certainly made us feel uncomfortable Ordered dinner wrong order came for both of us I complained only to be told that is what they had wrote down clearly not then I asked for a drink they even mixed that up was not happy at all.

Good for us nearby from hospital not far preimer inn we were happy and lovely room al fine one expect poor WiFi in room and next door meals al lovely foods and bar prefect also poor WiFi staffs nice but looklike short staffs … be nice dressing up

Very handy for hospital visits & having on site restaurant made a big difference. Staff all very pleasant & helpful. Tea making facilities good & could top up tea, milk & sugar from stand at reception.

This is a well managed hotel: the staff appear happy, friendly and relaxed. It feels less corporate, more personal than these types of hotel usually are. We felt cared for, especially by Angela on reception, she was so kind and understanding; she went out of her way to help us (my friend was here for treatment at the nearby hospital). By far the best hotel of its type that I've ever stayed in, it helped us through a very difficult time. We're both very grateful.

Totally enjoyed our time at premier Inn, room clean, bed comfy, staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant next door catered for my needs as a celiac. Which is always important when deciding where to stay. Can’t wait to return soon

Great room and service. The room was very clean and organized. Had a great sleep. The food too was satisfying. There was however a slight issue with the faucet in the ensuite I was staying. Splashes water everywhere due to the high pressure.

Stayed for two nights to do a little christmas shopping and also had family near Kilmarnock so was a perfect place to meet and do what we needed. It was also beneficial to allow the families to catch up before travelling back to england

Pillows were terrible and neither 1 or 2 were comfy. Felt like I was trapping a nerve- ended up with a migraine. Complained in the morning was told to call cust services. They did nothing no refund. They said I should have mentioned it at the time despite informing them first thing in the morning. When you’re in the middle of a migraine you don’t have the will or patience to deal with people you just need a dark comfy bed.
