Villa sjövik

This stunning 223 m² seaside villa, built in 2009, offers the perfect combination of modern holiday living and natural tranquility. The three-story villa is surrounded by a spacious terrace, providing breathtaking sea views from the bright and airy interiors. Located approximately 150 km from Helsinki, the villa is easily accessible, making it an ideal getaway even for a weekend retreat.

On the middle entrance level, is a hallway, an open-plan kitchen connected to a dining area for ten people, and a spacious living room with access to a large terrace. This floor also includes a separate WC and one bedroom with a single bed.

The upper floor features two bedrooms, each with a fixed double bed, and a separate WC.

The lower floor includes a spacious living area with a fireplace and direct access to the backyard, a bathroom with WC, an electric sauna, a utility room, and one bedroom with a fixed double bed. The beach area consists of a 20-meter stretch of sandy, gently sloping shoreline that transitions into a soft-bottomed, deeper section.

The hydro massage bath in the bathroom is currently out of service. Guests are required to bring their own firewood for the fireplace. Additional distances: Turku 67 km, Teijo National Park 14 km, Mathildedal Ironworks Village 15 km, Meri-Teijo Golf 19 km, Bjärkas Golf 18 km.

The rental price includes a rowing boat, a SUP board, and an outdoor trampoline. Additional rentals, such as a jet ski, motorboat, and fishing equipment, are available upon request directly from the owner.

Unlike the photo, the pier is slightly warped due to the spring ice flow in the spring of 2025, but is still usable.
