L'hôtel est dans la jungle avec tous les moments agréables et désagréables qui viendraient de là. À partir du plaisir: à proximité immédiate des centres de réhabilitation des orangutanes et des ours solaires, ainsi que du Centre d'étude des forêts tropicales. 5-15 minutes à pied. La ville est très belle, presque infectée par l'homme. L'hôtel est très confortable et confortable. Les chambres sont bonnes avec des lunettes de soleil spacieuses. Il y a un climatisateur qui fonctionne très bien. De mauvais: nourriture uniforme inarôme (pas d'alternatives disponibles, nous sommes dans la jungle) le petit déjeuner est mangeable, mais plus, personnel mal formé dans le café, peu d'eau chaude dans la douche le matin (la tête lavée n'est pas décidée), manque dans la douche, Les coupes de cheveux, les fours, etc. Cependant, tout cela est pardonné, expliqué, et je ne l'écrirais pas si ce n'était pas un « cherry on cake » : juste des pillows détestables. Un morceau de poron de haute densité, dont le cou est en streaming en un instant. Le sommeil n'est pas une tâche simple, les conditions de la jungle sont difficiles à expliquer aux visiteurs.

Centrale de la ville principale, grande base pour des excursions quotidiennes aux parcs/sanctuaire/River. Peu d'options pour la nourriture le long de la frontière. Sandakan semble être une ville tranquille avec quelques touristes mais surtout local (v amiable) population, clairement un court arrêt/jump off spot. Les options pour les 'boissons' sont rares - c'est un établissement sans alcool, mais il y a un toit bar 3 minutes à pied pour un verre (le toit de l'hôtel de baling). Pour le prix inclus le petit déjeuner avait des fruits frais, pour commander des omelettes /eggs/ riz/ noodles et toast.
