"Le plus mauvais hébergement que j'aie jamais eu ! À l'arrivée, leur système informatique était désactivé et j'ai dû attendre 20 minutes dans un corridor. Aucune climatisation dans les chambres, une nouvelle télévision sur le mur qui n'a pas fonctionné, une fenêtre qui ne pouvait pas être ouverte comme elle s'est ouverte sur une veranda, seulement deux soucoupes sur le mur avec la nécessité de quatre soucoupes de sorte que devait déconnecter le réfrigérateur et la télévision Les chambres communes ont été partagées, je pensais que c'était un passé. Si j'avais pu réserver un hébergement ailleurs, j'aurais pu sortir !"

"Absolutely disgusting. I had booked a queen motel unit for myself and young child, upon arrival I was given a ‘cabin’. When finding the correct cabin, I went in and promptly walked out. Disgusting and nothing like photos on ***********. The unit attached obviously had a chain smoker that had a chair in the carport with an over flowing ashtray. I went immediately back to reception, was told that due to *********** it didn’t matter of what I had booked I was given whatever. I don’t mind cheaper accommodation, however I would like to at least feel safe. I would not recommend at all with this experience, I have contacted *********** as I have used this service for many years and this is my first complaint. Still a complaint issue that the service is not responding to. DO NOT STAY HERE THE CABINS ARE DISGUSTING AND NOT WORTH ANYTHING OF THE PRICE."
