A 5 minute car ride to downtown Kirkland and 20 minutes to downtown Seattle. Every amenity within minutes of this beautiful cottage with park-like surroundings. The cottage sits on one acre of enclosed gardens where right outside you have your own patio with pergola and fountain!About pets:No pets allowed.Call me! smaller, totally trained, can't get on fu.About checkOut:Check out before 11:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:Read "Cottage House Instructions" on the table when you are there and please follow through!.No smoking of any kind!,Coming down our street (94th Ave NE) look to curb on the right for house number (12636) turn right down driveway and park on left! This spot was perfect for me. Lovely and peaceful after busy times visiting friends. Just loved the enclosed gardens. Marcy and her husband were super hospitable. It was easy to get to from SeaTac and easy to get to other destinations in the area. I’d happily return given the chance.

Such a Special Place
This property and cozy little cottage was AMAZING! So close to everything but that doesn't compare to what you're surrounded by. Lush manicured greens and a feeling of the old world meeting the new...Marcy and her husband Norm were so delightful, helpful and accommodating. The space was delightful and perfect for our weekend! Great visit to Seattle!
My dad and I were in town to see Mount Rainier and a couple Mariners games, and it was the perfect place. Very quiet neighborhood and easy access to freeways. The hosts also were very kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay!!
We loved the cottage!! It was so cute! Maybe even prettier in person if that’s possible. Check in/out was a breeze. Hosts were so nice and easy to communicate with! Couldn’t say more nice things. Definitely stay here if you are looking for something in the area!

Beautiful, peaceful cottage
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The cottage was a gem of a find. Fantastic location and plenty of places to explore near by. We had no trouble at all finding places to eat and drink. The cottage is spotless, peaceful, and very comfortable. The front porch is a beautiful place to sit, relax and take it the beautiful gardens and landscape. I wish we had planned to stay longer.
