« Perfect if you have an early flight in the morning. The hotel is just 5-8 min walking from the airport. The staff was very polite and really helfull, they speak japanese, english and korean. For breakfast you get different options of rice; bread, fish, etc. If you don't want to eat in the dinning area, you can bring the food to your room. Also, you can always walk to the airport and get food and drinks at the convenience store. Keep in mind there is nothing besides the airport and the hotel, so don't expect much. This is perfect to rest before or after a flight. »

« 친구들과 시모노세키와 모지코를 다녀왔습니다. 이 숙소는 모지코역에서 도보로 10-15분 정도 걸리다 보니 짐이 있거나 우천시에는 찾아가기에 좀 인내심이 필요합니다. 입구에서 비번을 눌러야하는데 트립닷컴에서 받은 어떠한 번호로도 열리지 않았습니다. 운좋게 관계자분이 지나가다 보셔서 도움받아 들어갈수 있었는데 체크인에도 어려움이 발생해서 체크인을 하는 태블릿으로 화상연결하여 체크인을 할 수 있었습니다. 앞서 어려움만 이야기 하였으나 일단 방에 들어가서는 굉장히 만족하였습니다. 방도 상대적으로 다른곳보다 넓고 깔끔했으며 화장실과 샤워실이 구분되어있고 전자렌지, 인덕션이 있어 간단한 조리도 가능합니다. 참고로 인덕션은 화력이 약해 고기같은건 생각 안하시는게 좋겠습니다. TV도 크고 유튭,넷플릭스 등등도 이용 가능합니다. 숙소 근처에 ‘할로데이’ 대형마트가 있어 좋습니다. 전체적으로 앞서 입실에 어려움 빼놓고는 상당히 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. »

« 房間很小，床也有點小。但是夠住，勝在性價比吧。位置對比樹其它幾個東橫inn，沒啥優勢，便利店也得走過一個路口才有。所以還是推薦另外兩家吧。為了看wtt比賽過來的。

« La vue nocturne est super parce qu'elle est sur la montagne. Il y a un sentiment propre et les installations sont riches, donc je peux passer un moment confortable. Malheureusement, le temps est mauvais, donc je ne peux pas utiliser les installations extérieures, mais si le temps est clair, je peux profiter de la bière et de la nourriture sur la terrasse pendant la nuit. »

« La position est très bonne, à côté de la gare d'autobus, beaucoup de voitures sont allées au centre-ville. C'est un hôtel historique, surtout comme le jardin extérieur de l'hôtel, le design du jardin est très beau, le rocher de la roche rouge est placé sous les arbres d'été de la roche japonaise. La chambre est très grande et propre, le service de la réception est bon, nous aide à résoudre de nombreux problèmes. Bien qu'il n'y ait pas au centre-ville, le rapport coût-efficacité est très bon. »

« The hotel was on the fifth floor of the building. There was only one toilet and washroom for all person. They give bedsheet for use and for towel we have to pay. For one night stay if anybody does not want to spend so much money then it is ok. I brought my own food I enjoyed that one in my place. Small table lamp type light was there at my place. »

UUtilisateur anonymeA conveniently located hotel right next to the JR station. Rooms are clean, plenty of eateries & shopping within the vicinity. The beds are hard which will work for people who prefer harder beds. It’s also a short walk to the Kokura Castle. A great base for people planning to travel to the kitakhyshu region.

IInvitéThe hotel facilities are less modern but well maintained and clean. It was close to the JR station with walking bridge connection. The receptionist for our check-in process made some mistakes when charging the city tax and did not explain the calculation to us at all. The problem was resolved later during check-out but it took a while to communicate with the staff in English.

LLohI recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from JR Kokura Station, making it incredibly convenient for travel. The area surrounding the hotel is brimming with food options, including late-night eateries, which is perfect for a midnight snack.
In addition to the food, the hotel is situated near a bustling shopping district and a shopping centre, making it easy to indulge in some retail therapy. There's also another local train station close by, which adds to the convenience.
The room itself was very clean and satisfying, providing a comfortable environment for my stay. The only minor downside was that the toilet was a bit small, but it didn't detract significantly from the overall experience.
Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, cleanliness, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

KKaroroA wide variety of amenities. The hotel even provides free snacks with many choices. In the morning, there are fresh baked bread for us to take away. Although we only stayed for one night, we’re pleased with this hotel giving that it is not an expensive place.

NNovaraThe hotel is close to the Kokura station, on the north side which is not as busy as the south side. The room is perfect for a solo traveller, might be tight for 2 people. My room overlooked a train track and you can see the train pass by. It's not noisy though. Lots of comic books available to borrow to your room (register at receptionist) for when the weather is bad. And free breakfast and dinner with rice, curry, tea, coffee and juice. Staff spoke little English but they have printed information available in English to explain the facilities, rules and how things work.

IInvité1. Very spacious room for this price point to be honest. Could be because it's not a major city...
2. Kitchen equipment like induction cooker and pot and bowls and utensils were provided! Makes it possible to cook your own meals (or even just Maggie mee) fridge was very big so can buy drinks to store
3. Location was alright. Located along small alley but very near main road leading to shopping street and Kokura station.
4. Aircon and heater worked well. Great for winter weather
5. Bathroom ventilator was very strong. To the extent that it feels very cold after taking a shower. We tried closing the bathroom door at night and it was literally like a freezer in the morning when we open it.
But also because of the ventilator, our clothes dried fast indoors 🥶
6. Now to the pain points. First got to be the facility management and check in check out process. This property does auto check in meaning there is no physical staff to handle your check in check out throughout. There is no receptionist at all. I made my booking 2- 3 hours prior to arriving at property. At the front door we were prompted to input entry passcode which we had no idea what it was (it's not the reservation number provided by the booking partner like Agoda or trip.com) tried to contact both the hotel helpline (there was a Jp phone number at the entrance but that's all, no other info whatsoever) and also escalated to Agoda (as I made my booking through Agoda for first nights) but no ans. In the end we had to enter property when someone unlocked the front entrance using her own passcode before we could speak to the helpdesk through the tablets.
So it turns out that they claim most travellers would make their reservation at least a day prior to arrival, which was why system didn't capture my booking (yet ironically they allowed booking for same day check in .... When they clearly cannot manage the whole process) shouldn't there be more effort being put in to monitor for same day booking so the traveller doesn't get stuck at the front entrance especially in winter weather? We had to sit at the park nearby while trying to contact the helpdkesks but couldn't get through till the end......
The whole check in process was rather manual, basically you enter the info as prompted on screen then video call the helpline agent to verify before you'll get your passcode to your room. (All through tablet)
Security seems alright if you're ok with the idea of using a keypad lock instead of having a physical room card? I guess customers just have to always make sure no one is looking when entering the passcode at the front door. Btw same passcode is used to enter hotel front entrance and for your room lock.
All in all the biggest issue we found was the check in check out process. Overall stay was above average.

저 갈때는 결혼식 하고 있어서 일본 하객들 구경하는 재미도 있었습니다
참고로 역에서 멉니다...캐리어 들고다니기 힘들었어요
하지만 숙소 가격을 생각하면 낫배드! 고쿠라 간다면 저는 또 묵겠습니다

IInvitéThough location is a little far but the free shuttle bus to and fro Orio station made is super convenient for an onsen retreat. There's a direct bus from Kitakyushu Airport to Orio station too, which makes it even better. Thankfully, the staff kindly took note of the shuttle reservation request made during booking, otherwise, it would have been very inconvenient to contact them and expensive to get to the resort by other means. They left a note to check the official website for pick-up point but there was no specific information - something that can be improved. The location was found to be BEHIND Maxvalue Shop (see first few photos). The resort is visited by mainly locals so it was helpful to see and ask them for confirmation.
Facilities might a bit old but generally clean so it was okay. The room is nice and comfortable, particularly the view. It was very nice to see the hotel using reusable wares with even a refillable jug to get water from a machine at the shared space. Both sides of the natural onsen is switched between male and female everyday. Supper tantan noodles is great! Breakfast is not bad with both fusion western style and traditional Japanese options. It was a very nice and relaxing time!

Ssai Hya결론부터 말하자면 이번여행 최고의 숙소였습니다 허나 몇가지 이슈가 있었습니다
분명 숙소서비스 사항에 짐보관 서비스가 있다고 되어있는데 도착해 봤더니 무인으로 운영되고 그 어떤서비스도 받을수없어 거의 30분간 발만 동동 거리다가 다시 jr역으로 가서 700엔에 짐보관을 해두고 여행을 시작하는 어처구니 없는 상황이 벌어졌습니다
또한 저의 방에 도어락이 작동하지 않는 이슈가 있었습니다 이것을 해결하기위해 관리자와 대화를 통해 1시간만에 문제를 해결할 수 있었습니다 (문이 꽉 닫히지 않아 힘을주어 밀어 주어야 됬습니다)
방컨디션은 최고였고 욕실 화장실 모든게 좋았습니다 이런저런 불편들이 있었지만 마스터에게 잘 말씀드렸고 고쳐주신다고 하셨으니 더 좋은 호텔이 될거 같습니다.
