« La chambre est très petite, les étages du bain sont trop élevés, le petit déjeuner est simple mais je me sens très raffiné. Le petit déjeuner est trop tôt, le temps japonais est terminé à 9 heures. Un jour, la prostituée n'est pas réveillée, je me suis demandé si la réception pouvait porter deux petits pains, refusé... Pas très acceptable !!!! Ce service est pire que l'hôtel continental. Trip.com est un commentaire de 2 étoiles, très précis, l'hôtel rapide du pays. Il y a 24 heures de M autour, il y a un supermarché à côté de M. Rappelez-vous! Vous pouvez faire de l'argent, vous ne pouvez pas faire de cartes et de cartes IC. Il est pratique de vivre ici, surtout parce que l'enfant est bien emmené à Trio et au parc de loisirs. Enfin, le bus ici doit informer le conducteur de l'endroit où vous voulez sortir. Si vous ne le fermez pas, il est facile de passer la carte sans regarder. C'est l'expérience que j'ai acquise en bus depuis l'aéroport de Grand Point. Rappelez-vous! »

« I booked this place very last minute and it only cost me 10,000yen. Only 10 minute walk to Oita Airport and has a 7/11 convinience store right infront. You have to check in through phone which might be hard for non-native speakers but luckily another guest helped me out. The check-in desk can also speak a bit of english and was very kind. Overall, for the price and time, the place was very much worth it! Clean and good ammenities. Would recommend. »

« The closest hotel to Harmonyland which allows you to take taxi to and from the theme park at a reasonable price. The hotel basically provides everything from snacks, drinks and meals all day including dinner and breakfast, everything was excellent. I was aware that Mercure is an international hotel chain thus the vibes of the hotel itself can’t truly be entirely Japanese. However, I was still very satisfied with my stay overall. I was so lucky to see some cherry blossom trees still in their peak at the hotel parking lot while the peak of most other trees in different areas had already passed. The hotel also offers free shuttle from and to Beppu Station which we found to be very helpful. »
