Insgesamt ein gelungener Aufenthalt. Frühstück überdurchschnittlich.

Das Service war perfekt, äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es war alles sehr sauber und das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Da es sehr heiß war, haben wir die Klimaanlage sehr geschätzt.

Having refrained from submitting any adverse evaluations heretofore, the impetus behind this present review surpasses mere critique; rather, it seeks to delineate the nature of the attitudes to which I was exposed when endeavoring to articulate a modest grievance and solicit recompense. The genesis of this narrative traces back to an incident involving my girlfriend and myself, wherein we were compelled to vacate our lodgings in the dead of night due to an inability to charge our electronic devices. This predicament arose consequent to the deactivation of the main lighting apparatus, which, in turn, disabled the power outlets within the room. It is noteworthy that the sole instance of adept and affable intervention transpired under the auspices of the nocturnal receptionist, whose nomenclature, regrettably, eludes me. Swiftly, she orchestrated the provision of an alternative accommodation upon substantiating the issue. Upon the denouement of our stay, when inquiring as to the modality by which the hotel administration intended to redress the aforementioned concerns—namely, the electronic disruption, the unilaterally accessible bed configuration (notably unsuitable in light of my recent knee surgery), and the glaring absence of a vehicular drop-off point coupled with an attendant porterage service—I was proffered a breakfast voucher, which I was constrained to decline due to time constraints, and a superfluous parking permit, the utility of which was rendered nil by the dearth of information proffered during check-in regarding the hotel's parking amenities. Subsequently, my plea for reparation was met with a communication from the hotel director herself, wherein she averred her incapacity to offer any amelioration, citing my booking's intermediary via *********** and asserting that accommodations featuring unilaterally accessible beds were commonplace and disclosed in promotional materials. Responding to these assertions, I challenged their veracity, delineating the inconsistencies, and conveyed my intention to furnish an adverse commentary on the booking platform. This assertion, curiously, prompted her to caution me against resorting to blackmail. Seeking elucidation on her characterization of this term, I was met with a dismissive retort. This lamentable mismanagement of my customer grievance, marked by a disregard for the gamut of issues I had highlighted, portends the establishment's predilection for profit maximization at the cost of both lodging quality and customer service. As such, I am compelled to vehemently dissuade prospective patrons from patronizing this hotel. Indeed, within this city, a panoply of alternatives exists, some of which I have personally experienced and found to be imbued with superior value commensurate with their cost.

A nice hotel located in the center of Klagenfurt. The hotel itself was good, we had a nice room with enough space to leave our things. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom clean. The hairdryer was a little small but it worked well. Minibar was well stocked, we also had a Nespresso coffee machine in our room with four caps. Breakfast was very good with lot’s of options (chocolate fountain, salmon, scrambled eggs, etc etc) but 21€ p/P seems quite expensive so we just went once. Staff was very friendly at all times! The parking situation is a little odd, the hotel has no own parking place but there’s public garages around the hotel. Just make sure you choose the recommended ones from the hotel and pay the ticket at the front desk (the tariff is way cheaper! Parking fee for 48 hours hotel was 39€, parking garage fee was 66€!)

The hotel is fabulous and the staff were very helpful to accomodate for a group of sixteen people. They made all the effort to make our stay comfortable. Rooms were spacious and the hotel’s location is extremely accessible. I look forward to come back again.

Stayed there for one night. Location is very good and parking is 2 mins walk (might be hard with luggage). Check in was smooth with spacious lobby. Room was very nice, loved the layout of the TV infront of the bed. Spacious room and comfy. Lobby closes early at night with card access quiet hotel and reasonable price

We stayed in the Apar**ent Maisonette. Very nice and met our expectations. It has 2 bathrooms with toilets and sink, but only one bathroom also has a shower/tub and that bathroom is upstairs in the apar**ent. The main problem is with the parking. But parking in any city is hard. We had to walk about a block to get to the parking garage. And we didn’t understand how the parking worked. So the first day we tried to leave and the tickets didn’t work to let us out. The hotel was nice and helped us figure it out. We also left our parking ticket in the car and then when I tried to go to the car at night, I couldn’t get into the garage without the ticket. I wasn’t going anywhere and could wait to get items out of the car. So I was actually glad they had that safety feature. I believe the parking cost $15 Euros a night. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. It looked good, but at $21 Euros a person we thought that was too expensive. But we aren’t big breakfast eaters. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Saturday morning we woke up and headed to the car. We were pleasantly surprised to find a nice farmers market by the garage entrance. We bought some nice pastries and strawberries for breakfast.

Centrally located near the main Platz, Sandwirth is a good hotel option, offering standard rooms and modern apar**ents. Our apar**ent- Belle Etage 1, was located in an adjacent building on the other side of the Benediktinermarkt. Beautifully appointed with a mix of old and new furniture and 2 extremely comfortable sofa beds in the large main living area, plenty of room for 3. The amenities lacked a little compared to the main hotel- small things like no shower caps and only one wine glass, but otherwise we had a very comfortable stay.

Our GPS had a small problem getting us there (but that might be the GPS, it made other mistakes...) but this hotel is really situated in the middle of the town, within walking distance of the most essentail sights and shops. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quite comfortable, but being on a lower floor quite noisy. Due to COVID only breakfast was served - but a very good breakfast it was. Maybe tables were a bit close together for that period. For dinner, the staff made excellent suggestions. The famous Austrian charm (especially for a Swiss like me) was heartwarming.

Super schönes Gebäude, altes Gemäuer modern und stilvoll, alles da, was man für einen tollen Aufenthalt braucht! Große Zimmer, alles da, was man braucht. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet, viele regionale, sehr schmackhafte und auch gesunde Details :-)! Auch die Lage ist toll, gleich neben der Innenstadt, somit alles in der Nähe! In der Sauna waren wir auch, sehr fein und gemütlich und comfortabel!

Der Sonntagsbrunch ist unglaublich toll. Viel Auswahl und Top Qualität bei den Speisen. Kaffeespezialitäten besonders gut. Frische Eierspeisen zum Bestellen könnten besser nicht sein. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam, schnell und nett.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte in questo albergo. La posizione è ottima per visitare la città a piedi. Le camere pulite e la colazione discreta. Parcheggio sotterraneo nelle vicinanze abbastanza comodo ma un po' caro come prezzo (potrebbero fare una convenzione migliore per i clienti). Alla reception zero italiano, inglese scolastico e pochi sorrisi.
