I recently stayed at the Seepark Hotel at Wörthersee and had a wonderful overall experience. We had four rooms booked and were traveling with a little baby,. The front office staff was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, and the rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean. However, I must express my disappointment with the restaurant service. Let's start with the positives. The front office staff truly made our stay memorable. They greeted us with warm smiles and were always willing to assist with any queries or requests. Check-in was smooth, and they provided useful information about the hotel's amenities and nearby attractions. A special shout-out to the front office team for their exceptional professionalism and hospitality. The rooms were delightful, offering a picturesque view of the surroundings. Housekeeping deserves commendation for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploration. However, I must share a disappointing experience we had at the hotel's restaurant. On our first night, we arrived at the restaurant just 15 minutes before the last order could be placed. ( it was the day of our arrival and unfortunately it took us longer than we planned to get to the hotel) restaurant staff seemed visibly displeased with our late arrival and, while serving us, displayed an attitude that bordered on rudeness. The supervisor even stated that we were the reason he would have to pay all the staff for an extra hour. Plates were almost tossed onto the table, and the associate made it clear that our timing was inconvenient for them. In addition the server added that he will not bring us wine with our meal, since we can order it somewhere else…. Despite this initial encounter, we decided to give the restaurant another chance. The next time we came to the restaurant, there was a wedding event happening outside the restaurant. Despite several vacant tables inside where other hotel guests were seated, we were met with impolite behavior from a manager or supervisor (whose position was unclear). Instead of explaining the situation, he curtly informed us that there was no room for specifically our group and that we are unwelcome here, we wouldn't be served due to the ongoing wedding. He also said that the free tables are specifically for hotel guests, though when we said we are hotel guests, he just waved us out ( “shewed” us out) and said he will not serve us. Coming to the restaurant with a 10 month baby, expecting to feed her on time, and meeting such rudeness , complicated our stay… To our disappointment, this was not the first time we encountered such treatment at this restaurant. During our previous stay last year, we had a similar unpleasant experience with the restaurant staff. We had hoped that this year's visit would bring a change, but unfortunately, the issues persisted. Despite the exceptional service from the front office staff and th
