A notre arrivée la chambre n'était pas chauffée du tout, il devait peut-être faire 10degrés....comme il ya un chauffage au sol,nous avons eu froid pendant l'après-midi et le soir......la chambre n'a pas dû être nettoyée convenablement depuis longtemps....les murs étaient plein de poussières et de toiles d'araignées. Le matin, probablement une femme de ménage a essayé d'entrer dans la chambre sans frapper. Heureusement que notre clé était dans la serrure....c'était vers 8h30 du matin....L'hôtel met a disposition une petite salle pour les skis et les souliers de skis. Ces derniers peuvent être suspendus pour être séchés. Malheureusement celà ne fonctionne pas, le matin les souliers sont froids et humides, et les skis sont aussi encore mouillés....l'eau de la piscine de l'hôtel est glaciale.... Nous avons soupé un soir au restaurant de l'hótel, les repas sont très bons et les portions immenses. Le petit déjeuner est aussi bon.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful hotel. The staff is very friendly and kind, always there to help. Spa was amazing with great sauna options. Room was very clean and cozy. A perfect place for a weekend getaway with amazing views of mountains.

Lots of noise in the room on the first floor, right above the kitchen. Room itself was ok and recently renovated. However, the noise overall had a negative impact on the total experience. Nothing was done with my complaint, except for telling the kitchen staff which cannot change the isolation of the room anyway. These rooms need to be avoided during booking and cost way too much!

This review is of the restaurant only and was our first visit since the change of hotel ownership. Previously we have had drinks and dined at the hotel on many occasions. On our return we were accompanied by six friends. We were all disappointed, not so much by the food which was good, but by the service, atmosphere and very high prices. We needed to ask for snacks to accompany our pre-dinner drinks, ask for bread with our hors d’oeuvres, pour the wine and water throughout the dinner and clear our own glasses and plates. The waiters looked unhappy, did not smile and we had the impression our presence was an inconvenience. On previous occasions we have enjoyed the ambiance of pre-drinks in the reception bar and a truly memorable meal with warm and welcoming staff; this year the whole expensive experience fell way below expectation. We will not be visiting the Alpina again until they get their act together.

The location is ten out of ten. Opposite the ski lift in the amazing klosters. Rooms are clean and nicely renovated. Make sure you are in the main building ! Otherwise you need to walk in long cold corridors. Music is lovely on a daily basis and the singer/ dj makes sure everyone is happy and serviced. However, during breakfast the service is bad and under staff. Sometimes in the spa there are no towels. Esther the receptionist tries hard but her colleague seem to enjoy not being service oriented while being very correct. The top is; YOU CAN'T BILL THE ROOM FOR DRINKS AND FOOD. you must have your cc on you all the time. And when you ask why the answer is: we didn't figure out how to do it.... Strange! Com on seven Alpina is 2024. Get your act together... All in all I think the new management will improve. I will be happy to come back.

Amazing upgrade with the music. Horrid service, horrid ambiance. Sorry. Don't charge more for less. The staff should be brought back from before. The current staff are slobs, lack detail orientation and can't get it together. So sad they do a disservice.

We love the hotel Alpina and the staff. We have stayed 4+ times in different charming rooms. The welcome and familiarity are winning. While our room is a bit tired, we heard they are updating it. The breakfast is amazing- the chef makes specials for the kids at times, the restaurant is the only Michelin rated (and for a reason) and the bartenders on it. The pool and spa are welcome after a day skiing The location and views can not be near.

This is an excellent hotel very well situated in Klosters. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to make you comfortable. The restaurant is very good and the rooms are well appointed. I highly recommend this hotel for a ski trip in Klosters which is a nice ski resort with a good variety of skiing.
