Welcoming stay in Knoxville/UT From the moment we walked through the door, we were comfortable and knew we could expect an enjoyable weekend visiting our UT student. The property was spacious and extremely clean and had an abundance of blankets, towels, kitchen supplies and more. Additionally, the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the warm 60 degree temperatures with long walks at the nearby UT Botanic Gardens and enjoyed sitting outside on the property courtyard. We look forward to our next stay and would happily recommend this property for future stays. My only suggestion would be a window covering for the large kitchen window--thank you!

Tennis tournament We booked this property to be close to the tennis courts at UT to watch our daughter play tennis. It is a unique property, accurately described in the booking and so clean. The beds were comfortable and it was within walking distance of campus (food, the tennis courts). We would stay here again. Thank you!

From one rental owner to another We loved this rental! Great proximity to campus, very clean/updated. We have a rental on vrbo, and we’ve always used this site for vacations. This rental was great, and we look forward to staying here again many times in the future!

Fully equipped close to campus This rental was decorated very well and had nice sheets, beautiful bathroom and the kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal.

Private Get Away Right Downtown Property was exactly as advertised. Large living room/kitchen was comfortably furnished. Had all of the cooking essentials and more. Large bedroom with 2 comfortable king beds. Massive bathroom with great walk-in shower. Beautiful and private outdoor patio, which we didn't use much in December.Located right next to US 129 and Kingston Pike, but still very quiet.
