It features a full kitchen stocked with coffee and snacks to keep you going throughout the day. All three bedrooms feature a queen-size bed. Both bathrooms include a shower and tub as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Relax in the cozy living room with TV, games and WiFi or relax in the sunroom. The grill and fire pit offer the perfect setting to enjoy the sunset after a day mountain biking, hiking or just enjoying Knoxville. Full washer and dryer are available and laundry detergent is provided. You will have access to the entire bungalow with private entrance. The gravel driveway offers ample parking with additional parking in the lot across the street. Located in the heart of South Knoxville, you can access the Urban Wilderness trails across the street or enjoy the excellent dining, shopping and events in downtown Knoxville only 3 miles away. For mountain bikers here to enjoy the superb downhill trails and pump tracks at Baker Creek Preserve, use the bike shed to safely store your bikes overnight. We provide bike tools, a pump, spare tubes and patch kits to make sure nothing gets in your way of a great bike session.
