Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay I had a really unpleasant experience during my stay. When I checked in, I was given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. The smell was so strong. I contacted the front desk to request a room change, and while they did move me to a different room, the situation didn’t get much better. The second room they gave me had a serious security issue — the window didn’t have a lock, especially being on a lower floor. I tried to get help again, at last they allocated a room but by that time it was late and I was too exhausted. The night turned into a stressful and uncomfortable experience. The lack of attention to cleanliness, safety, and basic hospitality was really disappointing. I expected much better and unfortunately, I won’t recommend.

nice stay and customer service was good, their food service also nice, this is a budget friendly stay

Room was neat and clean, but not spacious. Felt congested. Welcome mineral water was unsatisfactory.
