1. Property in itself is pathetic, from the outside it gives a heritage vibe, but once you step inside all that remains from the heritage are the damp walls, soggy bedding, absolutely dirty linens and washrooms. 2. Service is terrible is an understatement, there is no service at all. One *** show, only the hotel Manager is around sometimes. Basics were not even in place. For example there was no handwash, or shampoo or body wash in washroom. No room service or cleaning. One of our rooms had terrible damp walls, AC was also not working in another of our rooms and to add on wifi was also not working. When we raised these concerns the common answer we got was they are working on fixing it. The premier & dutch rooms are also very small and claustrophobic. Not maintained or cleaned. Overall absolute waste of money, at such a heavy price the experience was terrible.
