Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. Come to Koh Chang next time, Mercure is still our choice.

C'est la deuxième fois que je vais à Chang Guo Xun, et je vis à nouveau dans une boîte de plage, c'est génial! Quant à moi, tu n'as besoin de rien près de la plage. Jolis lits, douches, serviettes fraîches et ventilateurs qui sont si bons à utiliser que vous commencez à geler la nuit! Le maître kiwi est vraiment utile et lui et sa femme savent comment s'occuper des invités! 😊

L'hôtel est très bon pour les vacances, et il est très bon pour les vacances. Grande salle de bains et frigo dans la chambre. Bon prix Restaurant nourriture n'est pas mauvais. Les Cambodge travaillent là sont amicaux. Mais je suppose qu'ils ne souffrent pas de fous. Si vous les traitez bien, ils vous traitent bien. Si j'étais chef, je les garderais probablement plus près pour s'assurer qu'ils sont gentils à tous les clients. Si vous planifiez de marcher dans la ville à la nuit vous avez besoin d'un torch. Il n'est pas loin mais dangereux dans l'obscurité avec les bicyclettes et les voitures qui se sont passées. Recommandez très bien cet hôtel et ce restaurant. À droite sur la merveilleuse plage. Sand blanc et eau jolie. Ne peut attendre de retourner !

This place is heaven on earth! The welcome at reception sets the tone for the rest of your stay! We arrived with back packs from Pattaya and We were treated like VIPs. Absolute top class! Staff are amazing! Food was amazing. The rooms are outstanding and the local town is warm and friendly! The random visits from monkeys is an amazing addition! But be aware, they actually do creep up on you and open your room doors!! Staff aren’t joking! We’ve stayed on many islands and many places in Thailand but our expectations were exceeded here. The grounds are well kept, the surroundings are superb! My only disappointment was that the tides were high so we didn’t have any beach during our stay! (No fault of Sylvan!) I just hope the cost doesn’t get too high that they price us out of spending another break there next year!

Были здесь второй раз, за 10 лет отель стал только лучше, вернусь сюда ещё,

Où commencer ? ! Elephant Bay Resort est mon nouveau lieu préféré dans le monde ! ! Mon partenaire et moi avons séjourné ici en mars 2020 pendant près de 3 mois. Nous avons séjourné dans les chambres standard et supérieures. Les deux sont plus que suffisants pour un séjour confortable. Aircondition, mosquito et TV (Salon supérieure). Lieutenant veranda pour se poser et profiter des vues. La principale zone du bar dispose de lits confortables, de jeux de table et de table de piscine ... et de mojitos délicieux! Nous sommes revenus pendant 3 semaines (Août 2020) et tous les membres du personnel étaient si accueillis et heureux de voir des visages familiers à la maison. Dee, Zom, Go, Ty et Jha sont tous si beaux et souriants et toujours là pour vous assurer que vous avez tout ce que vous avez besoin pour rendre votre séjour confortable et agréable. Le golfe d'Elephant n'est pas complet sans les 2 bébés de peur résidents, Gogo - le chien parler et Charlie - le chasseur de mosquito! Le séjour n'aurait pas été le même sans les propriétaires Remco et Ann. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute à visiter la baie d'Elephant, espérons dans un avenir proche. We stayed with 4 people in one of the 4 people houses (Family bungalow with sea view). They are nice if you want the feeling of your ”own place”. They are located to the left when going down the road and facing the reception building, while everything else is to the right side. That gives some privacy, which is nice. The 4 person buildings are made of wood, and it seems they have been painted white recently. The location is nice. It is between two of the main beaches, so you need some kind of transport if you like to visit the island. During the day, taxis are available. The road is not for beginner scooter drivers, take that into account. Let's summarize what we liked and what not. This takes into account the rather high price of 3600 THB per day. The good: + Nice location in the jungle, far away from any party noise. For a chill experience, this is the place. + Friendly staff, taking care of the customers. Good English skills. Professional use of handheld radios to get stuff done quickly. + Attentive service in the restaurant + Small, but good breakfast in relaxed atmosphere. + Modern and clean AirCon units. Two units in the room (one downstairs, one for upstairs) gives options if you like it cool, but do not like to have cold air blowing in your face. + Nice beach. Yes, there are some rocks, but that is nature. The bad: + Wi-Fi is a hit/miss, with access points on poles facing the houses. 2.4 / 5 Ghz provided, but not enough APs, so signal strength often worse than -80dBm, which is not sufficient. + Construction rubble scattered around the premises. This includes sharp stuff on the walking ways, and leftover paint on the grass. This could be removed easily. The ugly: + No Earth Leakage Circuit Breakers (ELB / RCCB). Even with them not mandatory in Thailand, for 3600 THB a day, the electric setup should include these. The water heater did include a build in ELB, but the fuse box did not. In a luxury resort, this should be standard, considering the wet climate Considering the rather high price, we would give this 3 out of 5 points. This can easily be a 5 points resort, the negative stuff can be easily changed. We will be back next year, and will update the review then.

J'y ai séjourné 4 fois au cours des 18 derniers mois et j'adore cet hôtel, très bien situé, le personnel est très sympathique et serviable. Bon choix de petit-déjeuner et les chambres sont très spacieuses. Mon seul commentaire négatif est que le WiFi n'est pas génial et serait génial s'il était meilleur et une connexion fiable.

L' hôtel , la télévision à écrans , même travaillé et a demandé si elle pouvait être réparée deux fois même appelé propriétaire , est-ce réparé ? NO . Vérifiez l' arrivée attendue pendant 15 minutes jusqu' à ce qu' il devait appeler le propriétaire pour la réception ! La chambre n' était pas propre. L'hôtel est grand et dispose de 2 ou 3 piscines. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est divisé en deux côtés, le bâtiment principal et le bâtiment auxiliaire. Le bâtiment auxiliaire se trouve de l'autre côté de la route et s'appelle la salle de piscine. Les amis qui ont réservé un hôtel doivent noter que la chambre avec piscine se trouve en fait de l'autre côté et pas du tout dans l'hôtel. L'ensemble des installations est relativement ancien et certaines chambres ont une odeur. Le sentiment général est très moyen. La plage n'est pas une plage privée. Il faut se lever tôt pour prendre les bancs de plage de l'hôtel. Quand on y arrive tard, il n'y a pas de bancs. Je pense que c'est plus adapté aux familles avec enfants, mais je ne le recommande vraiment pas aux couples, c'est salissant, bruyant et salissant !
