D'une manière générale, l'hôtel est très agréable, il est très grand, l'environnement est très bon, et le service est également au rendez-vous. L'hôtel peut répondre à tous les besoins de vacances, plage privée, piscine, trampoline, hamac, divers internet balançoires de célébrités, kayaks gratuits, navette, et Vous pouvez demander à l'hôtel n'importe quel service que vous souhaitez, et l'hôtel vous aidera. Le seul inconvénient est qu'il n'y a pas de service chinois et qu'il y a des cafards dans l'hôtel. L'hygiène de l'hôtel est toujours très bon.On estime que les cafards ne peuvent pas être évités en Thaïlande.

Dans l'ensemble, l'hébergement et le service sont très bons. Pratiquer la propreté 1 A propos du verre d'eau Il y a encore des taches. A part ça, tout est parti. À tous ceux qui aiment l'intimité, je le recommande, très bien.

The hotel might be a bit old and the location might not be a plus point but the services and facilities that have been provided are excellent. At the hotel has swimming pool, pool bar, basketball machine, table tennis, kayak and paddle board. There is buggy service which really makes our stay are super convenient. To go outside, they also have the accommodated shuttle bus but since we drove there so we haven't had chance to use their transportation much. Our family was having such a great time there. The owner and his staff are very caring and look after the guests very well. We surely stay in this hotel again if we have chance to visit Koh Chang again.

Came here with a friend for a Christmas holiday and it was great. The guest manager was a delight and he was very personable, helping with breakfast and conversing with guests about places he loved on the island and life in general. He seems to actually love his job which is refreshing. The rooms were delightful and clean and the bath tub was so soothing as was the view. But note that the resort is at the top of the island so if you want to go to beaches like bang bao bay or lonely island you’ll have to hire a car or taxi. Luckily the resort helped us with that. A staffer named Q even helped my friend find a spot for a late night snack. Overall our stay was great. I would suggest adding a vending machine to the resort for snacks when the kitchen is closed as well as maybe having an additional shuttle available for beaches farther away to allow for guests to sign up to pay a travel fee that they could split evenly. (For example, Mondays is lonely island, Tuesdays you may go to bang bao bay etc). Other than that everything was easy and well accommodated. Would definitely stay here again.

An absolutely stunning place to stay. Private villa is expensive but worth the money if sharing or you can afford it. Staff are very helpful and nice. They will get you everything you need, including free minivan service. Food is lovely. Big gym with everything in there. Pool is great. This place is better than the photos. I will be staying again and highly recommend it.

房間條件和價格匹配的，服務態度很好，海灣可玩性極強，安全。早餐也不錯，晚餐上菜速度稍慢，位置偏，離鎮上稍遠，每天有三班免費班車，前台也可以幫忙叫車，總之，性價比比較高，值得推薦。

Отель находится достаточно далеко от ресторанов, баров, но в отеле можно взять в аренду байк или машину. Также по расписанию ездит транспорт, который готов отвести на Белый пляж или в магазин. Персонал приветливый, отзывчивый и готовый помочь в решении любого вопроса. Главный менеджер на завтраке подходит к гостям интересуется как проходит отдых. Территория отеля большая, но не ухоженная. Видно что когда-то это был шикарный отель, после Ковида по всей видимости хочет восстановить былую славу, но пока не очень получается. Большая часть отдыхающих это европейские бабушки и дедушки. Место подойдёт для тихого и уютного отдыха.

Ganz ok für Thailand aber das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist schlecht , keine Empfehlung ,die Anlage ist renovierungsbedürftig ,die Häuschen sind ganz schön .
