Never in my life we saw so greedy and not fair owner of property or even basics human been, All begins that we in Phuket checking options to maybe go to Koh Phangan, we saw the villa I airbnb and start to check prices and I for from the owner, ( screenshot attached) We spoke with his representative directly and ask for discount that we maybe thinking for 1 week stay they give us a lower price than airbnb, we even asked about the bed review in Tripavisor and they said it’s bs don’t worry. Than on the day after Friday we got unauthorized Charge for 4000$ in my for 2 company CC in airbnb for 2 weeks stay in this villa - that we never agreee - we connect airbnb showing them we never did approve it, and that we got better offer even if we wanted to order directly from the owner. They told us contact with the owner , but he refused to cancel !!! So greedy and not fair , and after that we see that this villa is even available to book on the same dates here and other platforms !! Bad person and his team blocked us on WhatsApp when airbnb requested to solve it with the owner - just a bed person

On the first glance the St. Barth Villa seemed very nice with a beautiful view, but looking closer, we were very disappointed not only because of all wooden surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms were very sticky and not inviting us to prepare meals at all. Also a lot of wood flooring was sprained or damaged, screws looking outside made it more than dangerous to walk on. Our son even broke through the outside con wood, simply by walking on it. The owner seemed to be watching us, as living in the neighbour house above. And maybe by all the surveillance cameras installed in and around the house. After our son had injured his leg, he was there in less than two minutes, only to be very unapologetic. Although our son had to stay two days in hospital and had a surgery there, which raised costs around 2500.- € he was only offered a compensation for his pain around 130.- € by the owner. Originally he wanted to spend some more time in south Asia traveling around, but so his trip ended at this point in time.
