Начну с того, что нам тоже довольно вежливо позвонил мужчина администратор и попросил приехать до 22. Нас это не смутило, потому что я ранее прочла это в отзывах. Хотя на сайте я тоже этого не видела. Бронировала я не слишком внимательно изучив сайт. Ну номер, ну фотки все как обычно. Мы ярые поклонники авиации и хоть летать не собирались, решили что погулять среди самолетиков будет классно на выходных. Отзывы везде прекрасные, сомнений не осталось. При брони никто не позвонил и ничего не уточнил. Приезжаем мы в гостиницу и выйдя из машины чувствуем сильнейший запах мусора. Мы сначала подумали может парковка у баков, не хотели придаваться совсем грустным мыслям. На территории жутко слышно дорогу. Ни о какой тишине загородной речи идти не может. На горизонте зарево- видимо горит тот самый мусорный полигон по ночам. На ресепшн нас встретила не самая ласковая женщина, которая объявила, что в нашем номере нет душа. Жесть! Мы бронировали на двое суток, можно было позвонить уточнить? Мало ли что написано мелким шрифтом? Мне даже и в голову не приходило, что такое может быть в не самой дешевой гостинице. Тем более бронь была на номер, а не на комнату с умывальником и туалетом. Номер в моем понимании предполагает все удобства. Она начала говориь, что других вариантов нет, но она может пустить в сауну. Круто, приезжаешь платишь 7к, чтоб мыться в сауне. Мы начали искать другие отели, но естественно все уде было занято. Решили ехать обратно а Москву домой, чтоб не портить себе настроение ещё сильнее. Женщина начала при этом довольно обиженно говорить, что у них везде про это написано и что надо внимательнее читать и бронировать. В общем что это наша вина. Ну хоть бы смолчала а? Люди итак расстроены, хотели отдохнуть на выходных, а вместо этого просто так простояли в пятничных пробках, но нет она подличала масла в огонь и говорила, что это наша вина и надо внимательно читать. Резюме- аэроклуб может и хороший, но сервис в гостинице - треш. Запах мусора, шум от трассы, странные правила, никакой клиентоориентированности и хамка админ. Пожалуйте нервы и деньги)
