Stonegate Resort

My family and I had the best stay over the weekend and the staff, especifically Ben at the front desk, were exceptional in catering our every need. I will definitely be looking to book again at the stonegate in future.

So I will start by saying I’m VERY picky about accommodations. We live locally and staying at a condo so close to home had better be top notch. We have tried two different units that were both in building B, (this building is perfect ski in ski out and has all the amenities in it) I can’t speak on the other building but I would say building B is worth the extra money for convenience. Ski lockers are literally right on the slope so you can grab your gear and go. The beds in all units are not created equal, these are privately owned units so you do get whatever the owner chose for their furniture package. (We brought all our own linens this stay because I needed my own comfortable sheets and pillows. ( after moving from a two bed two bath to a corner suit this was no longer an issue) What I can say is the 3 bedroom unit we’re currently in is HEAVENLY. And feels so much like home for us. We are only a family of three and this unit has space to sleep likely 15 ppl 😂 but still worth the extra cost for a feeling of home and space to lounge in the beautiful living room overlooking the slopes. Lastly, I have to say that the lodging company that handles these rentals is so top notch. Rebecca is so so soooo incredible, I feel like we’re long time friends at this point lol. She has bent over backwards for us on numerous occasions, is so helpful, so attentive and intuitive. So professional, and such a joy to interact with. She knows I’m picky and was so on point with finding the unit prefect for us. When we had a few minor issues our first time up (it’s our third rental with them now) she was sooooooo amazing I can’t even begin to describe her level of service. Rebecca is the MVP and we couldn’t be more in love with the way she takes care of our family. Also, gotta give a shout if you Carl, he has also helped with our bookings and is a lovely guy ( you guys won’t be disappointed being supported by this team. They are so on point and don’t use covid as an excuse to not answer the phones lol) Lastly, front desk staff also do anything they can for you (Brendan, Ben, Sam? ) There’s so many I can’t keep track but they are so attentive and will always do anything to help. In conclusion, you get what you pay for. There’s so many beautiful amenities; indoor outdoor pool, games room, billiards, private hottub on your deck. List continues. Thank you to Rebecca, Carl and team. You guys are incredible. Should you stay here? YES, you get what you pay for and this places quality matches the cost incurred. Thank you Stone Gate team.
