We asked to look at the rooms as we were staying a bit inland and was checking hotels for our next visit. We entered the hotel to check out the amenities and room the lady on the reception was very helpful and asked a colleague to show us 3 of there rooms. All I can say is the rooms we saw were very good indeed, the beds bathrooms and the rooms in general were spot on and we will consider our next stay here. Our only concern is the bad reviews you read or were we shown the better rooms. Or are your rooms allocated by which holiday company you use 🤔 but I must say the rooms were better than the kosta palace. ?

Not like the traditional hotels we had stayed in on a 4 week island hop but for our last two days it was very comfortable and relaxing snd everything worked. We even had hot water and a powerful shower! Would recommend as very accessible to all Kos Town has to offer and a great price. Breakfast was good but reception staff were not overly friendly and helpful- when we asked for a taxi for 4 to the airport it was as if no one had ever asked for such a thing before.

Absolutely fabulous!! We stayed in room 404 which had a wonderful view of the harbour and we loved sitting on our balcony enjoying the view. The hotel was in a wonderful location - very accessible for all the sights ,and also close to the old town and shops, restaurants and all amenities. The staff at the hotel were absolutely great - they were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed lovely breakfasts and swam in their pool which was small and quiet. The room was immaculately clean and well serviced and we met the cleaners who were so smiley and happy. There was also free air conditioning and a free safe deposit box. Finally, a huge thanks to the lovely lady who was always at breakfast, who went way above and beyond what was expected, and even helped us learn some Greek despite being very busy. We have already recommended this hotel to our family and friends and will continue to do so. We will also return as soon as possible.

Air conditioning did not work even tho we reported every day. Just told that they will have a technician in the morning. Water kept coming up through the vents on the bathroom floor every time you had a shower or washed your hands. Pool was dirty and had so much chlorine in it our eyes were stinging for hours after it. The reception staff were not interested in anything. The maids were very friendly and did a good job keeping every thing clean. Would not stay here again but location was excellent!! But not enough for no air con for a week ! Def not for kids. Pool was crap !

Pros Location fantastic, right in the middle of everything View from our balcony was stunning Room very spacious and bright Staff very friendly especially those servicing the rooms You’ve the pool to yourself Cons Aforementioned pool is completely shaded and therefore pretty cold. It’s also hugely over chlorinated The air conditioning in two rooms was very poor. We complained a number of times but it didn’t really improve. Fans were provided but whoever they buy their fans off are ripping them off as you can’t feel any air 5 inches in front of them

Stayed at this hotel as a couple for a total of 6 nights in July 23. Clean and comfortable rooms. Spacious enough for 2 persons. Only tea kettle provided. Bathroom amenities limited as with other hotel in Greece. Seems to be the new trend. Safety box in the room which i consider a big plus point. Good view of the harbour from the upper floors. They have a small balcony with a table and chairs. One can watch ferries and the tour boats. A stones throw from the port and restaurants. Perfect location as at the same time in a quiet area away from the bustle of the town. A small indoor swimming pool. The breakfast is included in the room rate and is good. Croisants are excellent.The breakfast is overlooked by LAURA who is super efficient and very friendly. LAURA cooks the items herself and is more than willing to see that guests are well taken care of. Thank you LAURA. We would stay there again if we return to Kos.

Wonderful hote!l new, clean and quiet. 5 minutes walk to marina, shops,cafes and restaurants. Hosts are very helpful and polite. Hotel breakfast is good. air-conditioning in room just needs a while to cool the room down until then the host gave us great fan. Had a fantastic sleep!

Never a 4 star, disgusting how it can be classed as that, stayed in better 2 star hotels. Staff were mediocre, rude, disinterested. Swimming pool was a complete joke, not safe, no pool lifeguards, smallest & dirtiest pool I've ever seen. Hotel rooms were average, disappointed as wasn't cheap to book. Cleaner as lazy, didn't do her job properly, very unhygienic the way our room was left on some occasions. I would NEVER recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Absolutely loved Kos, thankfully wasn't put off by the shambles of a hotel.
