Amazing apartments. Perfect location - just a 5 minute walk to Kardamena centre. Owner and cleaners both amazing. Very friendly and approachable. Bins changed every day - towels and bedding changed every 2 days. Poolside clean and most of time empty so we had pool all to ourselves.

These apartments are so lovely. There's a beautiful pool and only 16 apartments to share it. The rooms are basic but have everything you could need. The family are lovely and helpful. You are just a few minutes from the centre but it's so lovely and peaceful there. I will definitely be returning to Kardamena and these apartments

Absolutely love these studio rooms, basic but very clean and tidy. Lovely pool and not having to keep a sun-bed each morning. 10 mins from airport and 5 mins walk to square where u can choose where u want to eat or drink. Beaches to choose from and you can get free sun beds in most if you purchase food/drink from cafe.

Basically furnished, immaculately clean and comfortable studios. Fabulous outdoor swimming pool and pool area also spotlessly clean. In a lovely, quiet position but only a ten minute walk to the attractions in kardamena. The owners obviously work very hard for their clients. They are lovely and welcoming people.

Just home from a wonderful two week stay here. The studios are spotlessly clean, in a perfect location if you enjoy peace and quiet with the bonus of being 5 minute walk to the square and the harbour with its vast array of bars and restaurants and a supermarket with bakery (most delicious cheese pies) the pool is huge and is beautifully maintained and never once struggled for sun beds, in fact on a couple of occasions we had the pool to ourselves. There’s no poolside bar or snacks available but providing you use plastic ware you can eat and drink around the pool which a few people did. We preferred to sit on the balcony for a drink and a little respite from the sun as it was glorious weather. The owners are lovely people who live on site and work very hard to ensure their guests are happy. As we had a late return flight we were able to keep our room until 6pm for a very reasonable €15. My one small criticism (which may not be an issue for others) is that the beds were very firm but this certainly wouldn’t deter me from returning here in the future

Simple but lovely apartments in a great location. Out of the busyness of the town but not far to walk. Staff are lovely and welcoming, making sure the apartments are always spotlessly clean. Special thanks for going above and beyond for us.

I have stayed in many studio apartments in Greek Islands so know what to expect and these were one of the better ones. Spotlessly clean with a balcony with a line and pegs overlooking gardens/pool. Fridge, safe and everything else you would expect in a studio. Large pool very clean. Great location, a few minutes to big supermarket and bus stop and another couple of mins to harbour with great shops, restaurants and bars. Felt perfectly safe on my own but equally the studio would be great for a couple or a friend. .

La camera, spaziosa, aveva tutto il necessario per il soggiorno, oltre ad avere un balcone abbastanza ampio con affaccio sulla piscina della struttura (ben tenuta), balcone che consentiva anche di stendere qualche capo da asciugare. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il riassetto quotidiano della camera e la cadenza precisa con la quale venivano cambiati asciugamani e lenzuola, così come anticipatoci dai gestori. Possibilità di parcheggiare un'eventuale auto in strada gratuitamente e molto vicino alla struttura la quale, essendo situata in una zona un pò più decentrata dal centro di Kardamena, è situata in un punto molto tranquillo. La spiaggia di Kardamena comunque dista pochi minuti di cammino a piedi e pochissimi in auto, così come la zona del porto e quindi del passeggio o dei ristoranti. Gli arredi della camera si presentavano un pò datati, ma comunque funzionali al soggiorno, mentre l'illuminazione artificiale della stessa si potrebbe migliorare. Non si tratta di una soluzione di lusso, ma ci siamo trovati davvero bene e la consigliamo vivamente a tutti coloro che volessero passare le proprie vacanze sull'isola di Kos.
