Un hôtel très pittoresque avec un environnement calme, il vaut mieux avoir une voiture.

Le paysage environnant est beau et les installations de l'hôtel sont également bonnes : il y a des sources chaudes et des saunas, mais la chambre est un peu petite.

There was a wedding on the day we checked in. Celebrating until three in the morning, it was really noise and really bad night.

The hotel looks amazing. Rooms very nice and clean. The area is lovely, surrounded by nature. So quiet and peaceful. Would highly recommend. The staff if very friendly and helpful. Food delicious. And the spa! Omg. Oh the same floor as our room, just few steps away. Very clean - changing rooms, pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Amazing. 10 out of 10 !!!!

Lovely and reasonably priced. Reception staff was helpful explaining the city, transportation and accommodating our extra requests. The restaurant food was nice and the bar staff was EXCELLENT, had a bottle of local wine and they took the time to decant it and give us the full wine tasting experience. We stayed here for the race, they opened breakfast early for the runners (7am) and arranged a cab for us at 7:45. Be sure to book a cab in advamce as they are busy the morning of the race. In retrospect we could have gotten a cab a bit later, 8:15 or so, as it was very easy to get to the start of the race at 9am.

We had a great time staying at the Bankov hotel. We came 3 families with kids. Hotel rooms are lovely and clean. We enjoyed wellness and massage too. If you can wellness book before your arrival to make sure you will get in. It is not big so they want to make sure there are not many people in at the same time. Restaurant and food is great! Staff were very nice and helpfull with anything we asked for. We had a lovely time in Kosice.

We stayed three nights at the hotel. We chose it for its location away from the busy town. The room was quite big and had all you need and the breakfast was great. The daily cleaning of the room and bath didn't include the making of the beds and that surprised us. Anyway whatever problem or question we had, the desk had the answer. We liked the garden restaurant and the bar in the evening. We didn't try the spa for lack of time. We’ll be back.
