Le centre-ville est situé dans le centre-ville de l'île de Galerie. Il a été repris dans un hôtel et OYO pour lui donner un sentiment plus ”moderne”. Il n'y avait ni eau ni même toilettes complimentaires. Seuls serviettes. Pas de téléphone à l'intérieur de la chambre pour contacter le bureau de front. Pas d'ascenseur. Vous devez être prêt pour les escaliers. Vous devez payer la taxe touristique si vous êtes un étranger mais, heureusement, mon ami est malaisien, donc sous son nom. Vous obtenez ce que vous paiez. Si vous êtes sur un budget étroit et que vous voulez dormir la nuit, vous pouvez juste choisir cette. Vous devez vraiment le trouver dans la ville occupée et si vous ne connaissez pas, essayez les cartes de Waze ou Google.

Il faut améliorer encore et suggérer que la direction prendra l'initiative en envoyant votre personnel de premier niveau pour former les clients à la valeur de l'entretien.

Jusqu'à présent, après avoir lu toutes les critiques, j'avais un peu peur de réserver car il y avait aussi de mauvaises critiques sur cet hôtel et son service. De plus, l'enregistrement et le départ sont automatiques. Mais j'ai la foi et je viens de réserver, j'amène mon mari et mes enfants, le service était excellent. Ils continuent de répondre à ma question et de bien me guider, un peu plus tôt. En entrant dans la chambre, nous avons également été surpris parce que c'était tellement agréable ! La chambre spacieuse, serviette, tout était là, propre, climatisation et tout n'a aucun problème. Nous l'adorons vraiment ! Je reviendrai pour revenir ici le mois prochain, c'est sûr ! Je regrette de ne pas rester ici longtemps, cette fois, cela prendra plus de temps 🥰 je le recommande vraiment

Le centre de la ville, à proximité de nombreux plats. Le marché de nuit et la cour d'alimentation Anjung Senja est proche. Le centre-ville KK est à quelques minutes de marche. Le bâtiment est vieux, mais les chambres sont bien rénovées. Chambre spacieuse, salle de bain propre, personnel amiable et réception. Globalement, nous sommes satisfaits et avons eu un bon repos de nuit. Merci et gardez le bon service. 👍🏻👍🏻

We spent 3 nights at Gaya Island Resort and had a great time, I thought I would write a review because there are a few things worth considering before you go. Firstly, the place itself is amazing, the staff are super friendly and caring - probably the most professional I have ever experienced in my many years of travelling. So all in all it was a wonderful stay. The things worth noting are as follows: 1. The sunbeds, I think may have mentioned it and it's worth mentioning again - there are nowhere near enough. When you pay and arm and a leg to stay at a beautiful resort it is annoying that they haven't found a way to add more sunbeds. People get there early, throw on their towels and stay or disappear and the seat is gone for the day. This is a solvable issue and the resort should so something about it. 2. Check in is after 3 - could be later - and it's not flexible, so if you are arriving earlier be prepared to sit around waiting for your room. It would be nice if they could flex a little as waiting hours for a room without your bags is not a joy, but it is what it is. 3. Eating - you are on the resort, so you are eating in one of their restaurants - no other options available. There are a few restaurants so not really a problem (we did the hot pot restaurant and it was great), but good to be aware. By far the most expensive places we ate in Malaysia, but I guess given the quality of the resort it wasn't a surprise and the main restaurant is reasonable enough. 4. Activities - my wife and daughter did the cooking class and loved it, we did the night walk - which was fun and me and my son did the coral garden. The Coral garden was fun and I was lucky to see a big old shark. However there is a large amount of plastic floating on the surface of the water that is quite concerning and makes the whole place not feel so clean. The corals and fish look healthy so may be fine, but be prepared to swim through bottles and crisp bags to see the fish. The local resorts and local authorities should really work together to resolve and you pay the tourist tax, so not sure where that's going, but not to plastic clearance by the look of it. Hope that's helpful. all in all, it's a beautiful place to stay, could just do with a tweak here and there to make it even better

The Sky Hotel is near Imago shopping mall. You can easily call a grab car to there. The staff is nice and friendly. They upgrade my room from superior king suite to bedroom suite. My family is very grateful and happy to stay here. The air conditioner is not very cold, need to wait and on for long hours. The breakfast is many choices and food is tasty.

Hotel is nice, clean and have good amenities. The room is clean, though not new, but all amenities are working fine. The bed is comfortable and comes with 2 pillows each. The room even has a study table. We use it as a dining table instead. The room has a unique toilet. The shower and toilet bowl is separated having a door each and next to each other. Also, the wall and door of the toilet can slide fully open exposing the sink and the doors of shower and toilet bowl. You can just slide to close everything if you want privacy. The hotel staffs are nice too and attend to your request promptly. I requested for extra pillow and they sent it within a few minutes. The breakfast was also good and delicious. They have a wide variety of dishes from local, western, Indian, Chinese. Though everyday is similar but they change certain dishes such as from fried noodle to fried kuey tiow, fried rice to nasi lemak, etc. The hotel is also close to the waterfront, eating places and walking distance to Suria Sabah shopping centre. Overall, a good hotel to stay in.

La location est bonne. La chambre était décente, spacieuse et propre. Pour rm150/night sans petit déjeuner, je crois qu'il était une bonne négociation puisqu'il est situé dans la zone principale. Vous pouvez juste marcher à la frontière de l'eau et au marché philippin. Mais attention si vous parchez en dehors de l'hôtel sans le coupon de stationnement, vous serez amende rm30.
