Upon arrival at 8:30 p.m. we were shocked to find an apartment that was dirty and had trash all over the place. When I contacted the manager he said it was not his fault because the cleaner did not clean it. When I requested a refund he said he has another apartment with the same Ocean view. He said he needed half an hour to clean it. When I went to the place an hour later the lock box was unlocked and the apartment had an Ocean view but it was on the same level with a construction site (ie, workers directly in front of the windows). Generously, it might be considered an obstructed Ocean view. Moreover, it was cleaned, but grimey - moldy shower, dirty walls, and looked directly out of a construction site. One room was very noisy at night. Given that it was late at night and we had reservations for snorkeling the next morning. We stayed in the dirty apartment. At checkout I requested a slightly late checkout since my flight is not until the evening and I didn't have a place to store my things. He refused stating that it was their policy to clean at noon. The manager was rude and the place is not as advertised at all. The building is filled with Chinese tourists. I learned my lesson and will never stay here again. No one should. It is a dump and the manager is extremely offensive and rude.
