The place has a walkway connecting directly to City Mall which is really nice. Room was quite old but it’s clean which was good. However the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I had hoped and another downside was the room’s aircon that we got was kinda faulty. Throughout the night, I could hear ‘tak’ from the aircon and also the soundproofing wasn’t that good, literally can hear next door noise.

The location of this hotel is superb convenience, located inside a mall and near to KK city centre. This hotel is easy access to supermarket that located inside the mall. Suitable for traveller who looking for convenience and prefer near to KK city centre.

Good location, clean and comfortable room, fast check out. It was an excellent stay. Location city centre and therefore offers quiet surroundings for good rest. Good👍

Very nice hotel beside and attached to the Citymall. Food are plenty of your are into it. You will not go hungry. Price are reasonable too. Convenient. Fully recommended.

I got upgraded to a bigger room — such a lovely surprise! Super satisfied with the friendly service, clean room, and complete amenities. Everything was comfortable and well-prepared. Location-wise, it’s very convenient — walking distance to the mall and surrounded by plenty of eateries. Perfect choice if you’re looking for a stay that’s strategic, affordable, and comfortable in Kota Kinabalu. Highly recommended for both short stays and business trips!

This hotel is located in the City Mall shopping center, with convenient transportation, convenience stores and restaurants nearby, and shopping is very convenient.

There was a lot of hiccups on this trip. Room transfers to broken toilets to non functional WiFi excuses to no water. To their credit, they tried to resolve the matter but it not after multiple engagements by me. I likely would not repeat.
