I read a lot of bad reviews, but when I stayed there myself it was not as bad as I imagined. The room was ok, but the sheets and towels were a little dirty. The shower water was strong enough, and the staff service was pretty good.

Can upgrade the amenities like lapik kaki nak masuk ke bilik air

VERY CONVENIENT TO UNIMAS ,PUSAT JANTUNG. ITS ONLY 5-10MINUTES IF NO JAM.

The room is quite small, probably due to large bed. Not quite clean, I saw some cotton bud on the floor, the toilet not clean.

The hotel is for solo travel or duo only but if for the families maybe is not suitable for you.

the room is not same asa picture display..room booking is not same as a display rooms you will got..very dissapointed,but im booking al ready,never want mees up with my daughter..we stay until check out..very Unsatisfied the tvs is not working so well..aircond got very disturbing sound when you want to sleep..the bathroom is so small..if got better hotel room with others hotels,i will check out earlier..so bad hotel that i ever had..

The real room look completely different from the photo posted by the hotel. It’s very misleading and not honest at all. They need to work on the cleanliness of the walls, bathroom, beddings and other stuffs like towels.

The room was clean, but amenities were minimal. It's a budget-friendly option if you’re looking for something simple and functional. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Hotel ok for short stay. Boleh sesat dalam bangunan untuk cari tangga turun atau cari bilik, sepatutnya pihak hotel letak sign betul betul.

Room is clean & comfortable, Environment is nice & staff is helpful

Needs some upgrading work. Quite noisy at night.
