« A Wonderful Stay at Gateway Hotel Calicut. Comfortable, Scenic, and Family-Friendly We stayed at Gateway Hotel Calicut for two days as a group of 20 family members, including children, during a family get-together and convocation ceremony. We had booked six rooms on the 5th floor, all offering beautiful views of the sea and pool, which made our stay extra special. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, supportive, and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met with warmth and efficiency. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, ideal for a large group like ours. A highlight of our stay was the complimentary breakfast, which was outstanding—a wide and delicious spread of local and continental dishes that catered to both adults and kids alike. Overall, we had a memorable and thoroughly enjoyable experience. Gateway Hotel Calicut provided the perfect blend of comfort, hospitality, and scenic beauty. « Excellent stay! i recently had the pleasure of staying at the sea queen hotel, calicut and i must say, it exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, neat, and clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day. The restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop restaurant was a highlight of my stay. The views of kozhikode beach were stunning, and the cool breeze in the evening made it the perfect spot to relax and unwind. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel for its excellent amenities, beautiful views, and warm hospitality. Looking forward to my next stay! 5/5 stars »

« All good. few cons: no heater but hot water was provided. The bathroom hand shower was not working and there was no place to keep soap and shampoo bottles. pros: Restaurant Food was delicious 😋 Parking and security services were good. Recommended to book AC rooms in case you are looking for suggestions. »

« Pros - 1) spacious room. 2) location. Right in the centre of the city. Cons - 1) the staff in the reception where incompatible for their basic jobs. They asked me to handover my car keys at the reception, but i was called down to the lobby to remove the car myself so that another car could be moved, and the reason they stated was the staff who was supposed to do the job went out for something. So basically the guest have to work as acting-staff if any of them decide to go out during their duty time. 2) all the electrical switches were in pathetic condition and kept falling out of the socket whenever i switched on or off the lights. »

« J'ai été très impressionné par le service de la Grand Plaza Suites à Kochi, j'avais des problèmes avec ma chambre et le ***ager m'a rapidement résolu en me mettant dans une autre chambre qui était au-dessus de la catégorie que j'ai réservée. Le personnel était utile, assurant un séjour confortable. Mon chambre était propre et bien entretenue, que j'apprécie. La position de l'hôtel est entourée de restaurants ***y et à quelques pas de la plage. C'est une excellente option pour tout le monde qui visite Kochi.
