Le service est très bon. La chambre de luxe que nous avions réservée (certaines chambres ont vue sur la mer) a été surclassée en chambre parent-enfant gratuitement car la chambre n'était pas rangée. La chambre était très grande et le balcon était également très grand. Parce que le type de chambre n'était pas le bon, nous avons été compensés par un chèque repas de 500🐷. Vraiment attentionné.

Il est très magnifique, vous entrez et il est un temple ou un musée, plus court charmant. Passer autour de lui et sentir l'esprit du luxe passé. Même regret il n'est pas les meilleurs jours maintenant. L'hôtel a été très difficile à faire face aux temps quotidiens, maintenant seulement une aile fonctionne. Une grande piscine, en raison de l'absence de personnes que nous n'avons rarement nagé seule. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas valable de se réveiller sur elle, nous avons arrêté de marcher pour le deuxième jour. Oh! À la fin de la visite, les moustiques nous ont attaqués, se plaignaient, les gars comme celui qui se déchiraient, sans résultat, près du mini-mart, ont trouvé un fumigateur et le problème a été résolu. Bien, oui, l'hôtel est à la distance de tout et à la nuit un peu effrayant à marcher, mais nous avons compris comment la livraison locale (capture) fonctionne et rien n'est allé:) tout va bien!

La chambre était confortable et bien décorée, avec mini-frigo et caisse de sécurité. Super King size bed. Les chambres ont également été sécurisées avec 3 couches de verrouillages sur la porte et 2 sur la terrasse. Le thé, le café et l'eau bouteilleuse dans la chambre. L'hôtel est situé dans une partie légèrement plus calme de l'ao nang - qui nous a adaptés. Le café de la vent qui fait partie de la propriété serve aussi de délicieux aliments. Les piscines sont belles et nous avons toujours été en mesure d'obtenir un salon avec un parasol. La chambre de bains est très bien réservée, la chambre est très bien réservée, la chambre est très bien réservée, la chambre est très bien réservée, le lit est très dur (normale en Asie du Sud) et une chaise sur le balcon est bienvenue. Le petit déjeuner pourrait également servir de l'attention et les boissons à la réception étaient trop chers.

Le petit déjeuner est très bon, mais il est très bon, très bon, très bon. Il est situé dans une grande localisation avec tout ce que vous aurez besoin à pied. Je l'ai choisi comme je visite le New ' Embassy Pub ' + voulais y aller. À l'arrivée, il y avait 2 gentils personnels de réception qui ont fait un grand travail de m'accueillir. Il est une gentils réception spacieuse. La chambre est très bien conçue et décorée. Très contrairement aux avis précédents à la mine ...I a eu un super sommeil nocturne, N'a pas de bruit jusqu'à ce que mon horloge d'alarme ait disparu ! La zone de petit déjeuner est au 2ème étage + vous pouvez vous asseoir face à la mer ! Bon choix de petit déjeuner + sans spot propre. Je serais heureux de rentrer ici.

We had previously booked this hotel for a 2020 visit before Covid ruined those plans, so we were looking forward to our eagerly awaited holiday in Thailand. We had decided to travel during the Songkran (Thai new year) festivities, which were unbelievable. So much fun! Our 13 year old daughter (can I say daughter nowadays!!!) had the best time of her life shooting water everywhere. The Thai people, always smiling, are simply amazing. Now, ok, this is a hotel review. We had booked a pool access room by the fantasy pool (the one with the slides). Simply, unless you like people clambering over YOUR small terrace, taking photos while stood on YOUR terrace, jumping in the pool from YOUR terrace, trying to get to their room next door across YOUR terrace, don’t waste your money. It was disgusting, utterly intrusive and bloody ignorant. There are no barriers (and there should be) between the rooms/terraces to prevent this. A joke! We had two sun loungers on the terrace (which people climbed over too) but they were in the shade all the time. Rooms 127 to 131 get no sun at this time of year, so again if you’re a sun worshipper don’t waste your money. The wifi is abysmal. It says somewhere in the room, don’t wait to get home to complain about something, ask the staff! We complained about the wifi almost every day until we gave up. They advertise (incorrectly) that there’s wifi available in all areas. A total lie! The only place you were guaranteed wifi was in the reception area. Or the Green Pepper restaurant across the road!!! I had to pay for 5G everyday to do some work for my business back home!!! And then I get charged for having my room an extra hour on checkout! So much for customer service. A recent reviewer said the breakfast was amazing. No, adequate is the word you’re looking for. It didn’t matter what time you visited, it was packed out, nowhere to sit, no cutlery, no plates, no cups, no food. Everyday we had to ask staff for this, that and the other to be replenished. There was just not enough staff. Apart from 5 behind reception!! On a plus, the room itself was fairly nice with a comfy bed. It could do with more drawer space and more hangers in the wardrobe. Oh and the plug didn’t work in the bathroom sink. On a plus plus, the bar staff at the fantasy pool bar were awesome. A special massive thank you to Soe who was brilliant. One final note, please Ananta Burin Manager/owner, please don’t reply to this review patronising me. This review is a true and honest review. There needs to be changes at this hotel before we ever return. Sorry Soe.

J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel pendant 4 jours et 3 nuits. Le processus d'enregistrement a été rapide et facile. Le personnel était très amical. Après l'enregistrement, ils me guident jusqu'à ma chambre. La climatisation était assez froide. Capable de l'ajuster manuellement. Le lit était grand et confortable ! J'ai vraiment bien dormi. Les toilettes étaient également très propres et grandes. Cependant, en ce qui concerne les articles de toilette, vous devez en faire la demande (brosse à dents). Ils ont une douche à effet pluie et une pomme de douche normale. La pression et la température étaient parfaites. La télé est un peu petite, mais ça va. Ils ont une prise pour une prise à 3 broches. Cela aide certainement beaucoup les voyageurs. Il y a un balcon à l'extérieur, ce qui est agréable pour bronzer. Cet hôtel est plutôt sympa car il a tout ce dont j'ai besoin. Je reviendrai certainement dans cet hôtel. En ce qui concerne l'emplacement, c'est assez loin à pied de la route principale. Mais ça va. En fait, on peut aller à pied à la plage et à d'autres zones (15 à 20 minutes). J'aime cet hôtel parce qu'il est calme, à l'écart de tous les bars et clubs, donc on peut vraiment dormir. Comme j'ai réservé cet hôtel séparément, ils sont très gentils de combiner les deux réservations, afin que je puisse rester dans la même chambre tout au long de mon séjour.

Localisation : 10/10 De tous les endroits où j'ai séjourné lors de mon voyage à Krabi, celui-ci offre le meilleur emplacement et la meilleure sécurité pour le prix. À seulement 5 à 10 minutes à pied de la plage d'Ao Nang, avec un 7-11 à proximité et la billetterie des bateaux longtail juste en bas de la route. A proximité, ils ont des bureaux de change, des étals de fruits pendant la journée et des stands touristiques à proximité (vendant des billets d'excursion d'une journée ou des billets de navette aéroport). Marchez dans la direction opposée de la plage pendant 15 minutes et vous atteindrez le marché nocturne d'Ao Nang Landmark, avec beaucoup de nourriture et de bons restaurants le long du chemin. Marcher seule la nuit en tant que femme ne me posait aucun problème. L'emplacement était également très proche de la jetée de Nopparat Thara, donc si vous réservez une excursion d'une journée depuis cette jetée et choisissez la prise en charge et le retour à l'hôtel, c'est un trajet rapide de 5 à 10 minutes en voiture. Chambre et installations : 9/10 Le petit-déjeuner était inclus et comprenait des plats de riz et de nouilles, du poulet, de la salade, du yaourt, du pain, des fruits, une machine à café et des œufs préparés sur place. Bon petit déjeuner mais c'est assez bon pour le prix bas. La piscine est belle, propre et chaude le soir. La chambre était spacieuse et propre, avec un coffre-fort (gratuit), une connexion Wi-Fi et une télévision avec chaînes internationales. Ils fournissent également du savon et du shampoing, mais pas de revitalisant. Ils sont très généreux avec le nombre de serviettes qu'ils fournissent, vous en aurez donc largement assez pour après la piscine ou sur la plage. Mon seul reproche concerne les moustiques. Lorsque la femme de ménage nettoie les chambres, elle laisse la porte grande ouverte pour que vous puissiez retourner dans votre chambre et y trouver de nombreux moustiques. Appliquez simplement un anti-moustique lorsque vous êtes dans la pièce et vous ne serez pas dérangé. Dernier conseil, utilisez une application de transport pour vous déplacer de l'aéroport à l'hôtel. Pour l'hôtel à l'aéroport, rendez-vous au stand touristique situé à côté du complexe et prenez la navette aéroport pour seulement 150 Baht :)
