Avis : Amari Vogue Krabi

Bel hôtel dans une zone isolée à l'ouest de Krabi. Vues parfaites sur les îles de la baie de Phang Nga. Notre chambre était très spacieuse et propre. Le service est excellent. Peut également parcourir la plage de haut en bas jusqu'aux propriétés hôtelières voisines.

L'hôtel est très confortable et très récent. Je pense que c'est l'hôtel le plus confortable du quartier. J'ai aussi visité d'autres hôtels qui sont plus chers qu'ici, mais dans l'ensemble ils ne sont pas aussi bons qu'Amari, comme le Sofitel Golf Hotel. . Ici, tout le personnel sourira à chaque client et répondra à presque toutes les demandes. Sauf que le petit déjeuner n'est pas si copieux, la situation générale est très bonne. La plage privée est très confortable, il y a beaucoup de petits crabes et elle est très soignée. Vous pouvez également prendre un bateau à longue queue sur la plage. Hongdao vaut de toute façon la peine d'y séjourner. Ah d'ailleurs, sauf qu'il y a beaucoup d'escaliers, ce qui ne convient pas aux personnes âgées, tout le reste va bien

L'emplacement est mal évalué, mais dans un sens, si vous prévoyez de passer un moment de détente à l'hôtel, il n'y a aucun problème. Il faut près de 30 minutes pour se rendre à la ville de Krabi pour manger, donc il y a un tel inconvénient. L'hôtel était super.

L'emplacement est extraordinaire. Le petit déjeuner devrait être dans la zone de la plage avec des vues spectaculaires. La salle de sport peut être améliorée. Ils devraient donner des informations plus complètes sur les activités et les restaurants en dehors de l'hôtel.

The view is amazing

Honestly, this stay is the worst experience ever. Start from a good hospitality while checking in and escorting to the most expensive villa of the resort and then it's totally a nightmare. My wife and 5 years old son joined the kayak activity with the good support from the resort staff but when my family finished the activity, the activity attendant informed my wife to drug the kayak to the place in front of the beach restaurant as low tide and activity staff didn't want to drug it by himself. Then my wife informed him that no one informed that guest needs to drug the kayak back about 200 meters and the staff showed dissatisfaction face and told that he will pay a local guy to drug the kayak. Totally bad service but I still believe in 5 star service that mentioned in the resort website. Therefore, I called the guest service team which received a nice taking care of and I was confirmed that the resort manager will call me back to at least.. just explain and say a sincere sorry. Then I realised that I was wrong. No call, no action, no apology letter, no feedback. Just like nothing happened. However, the nightmare still not finished. Next morning, my wife was laying down in the indoor private jacuzzi and found that a garden was trimming the tree above the villa wall at 9:30am. She saw the garden face and eyes which means the garden could see her as well. The piece of A/C wooded cover fall down nearby my head. The sliding door to the private pool could not be locked as the lock is out of order. Found a cigarette butts at the garden next to the private pool. Everything is wrong here. I definitely blame myself and say a thousand times sorry to my family for selecting this resort and booked the most expensive villa.

The hotel is a good price and the deluxe premier room with a balcony tub is wonderful. As with any 5 star resort hotel, it’s further out of town and grab/taxi takes a while to get but you can schedule in advance. Food in the hotel is good. Lots of choice. Slightly on the pricier side but still not too bad. Spa and massage is very expensive (for Thailand massage price) so we have that a miss. 2,000 thb head massage for 60min. Bangkok would be half of that. This includes happy hour 10-2pm 30% discount. Full body 3k. But having a jacuzzi on the balcony of the room was very worth it. Breakfast is great. Would I say here again? Yes! Is it 5 star? Yes! Is it value for money? Yes! Just be prepared for longer travel distance and time and slightly more expensive food and drinks and spa. P.s. it’s on the beach directly!! A smaller boutique 5* resort. Pools are nice and overall resort didn’t feel crowded.

Very good hotel. I booked a king bed sweet and the room and the view were amazing.

Very beautiful hotel! Points of improvement: * safe was not attached, possible to just walk away with safe! Not that safe! *poolstaff did not pay attention to guests who reserve poolbeds with towel, until we asked if it was normal that guests reserve beds for 6 hrs and do not show up. Then they were taken away. Very annoying! *guests were smoking ******** near the pool, and staff did accept this, while the guests were stoned, and little children in the neighborhood!

The style of the hotel is very special, the service attitude is very good, the room has no view, and the coastal beach is very beautiful!

Serene settings, clean beach, quieter area, great and helpful staff. We got all rooms upgraded ( thanks Woody). Good spread at brdakfast. Marcos restaurant was a little disappointment. Rest everything is good.

Great choice for a family! We spent a week in Amari vogue resort and we are so happy for our choice! The staff are so nice, helpful with everything we asked to make this experience as comfortable as possible! It’s a very quiet place built with Thai architecture very clean and our upgraded room was big and had all the necessary equipment to make us feel great. Breakfast has European and Asian dishes and every day they had different selections. Surprisingly, there’s a Starbucks store in it too! We had 4 times dinner at the Marcos beach restaurant and the food was really delicious. The resort helped us also to book a long tail boat to visit the islands across. Truly, it’s hard to find negative things in our stay. Maybe for some people they won’t feel comfortable with the lots of stairs but you get used to it fast. Near the resort there are no shops and you need to ask the reception to book a car to bring you to AoNang, the closest town that has all the necessary stuff, markets, restaurants, pharmacies etc. It’s about 20’ minutes away. There’s a choice to rent a motorbike as well.

Overall stay was ok however service needs improvement! Majority of the staff seems very unhappy/unwelcoming! First time experiencing such service from a 5 star rating hotel in Thailand!

出門旅行，住宿是豐儉由人的事。要相信貴有貴的道理，比如這次就住甲米悦榕莊……旁邊的阿瑪瑞。整個酒店不大呈長條狀，50平的房間設施齊全，有一家星巴克，Lotus餐廳早餐很豐盛，Marco餐廳正餐價格不貴還有折扣。唯一不滿意的就是spa實在是太貴了，還是推薦打車半小時去奧南海灘那邊做。可能是因為位置比較偏，元旦是旅遊旺季，酒店還是有空房的。看見了絕美的沙灘日落，希望下次能夠去對面洪島逛逛。祝大家新年快樂！
